Hire charges for erection and removal of flat/sloped roof M.S pipes pendals using 40mm MS pipes for verticals. horizontals and roof supports etc., fixing with, special type gripper MS clamps (Nandu clamps) , extra horizontal bracings should be provided from at 2.40 m to roof level and jointing with special type gripper MS clamps ( Nandu clamps)for horizontal bracings and column roofing including earth work excavation in all soils (Except rock requiring blasting) to a depth of 0.40m to 0.60m. The vertical posts are to be fixed strongly without any shaking. The entre roof shall be made of one layer of nylon net with opening of size 100 x 100 mm .The nylon net must be provided with suitable openings alround for stiffness and for tying at the ends and over that the entire roof shall be covered suitably with Green shade net 125 GSM. The rate including conveyance and hire charges of all materials such as MS pips, Clamps, Green shade net and safety net etc. and labour charges for fixing and removal etc., complete. Hire charges of colour carpets including cost of charges for spreading and folding after completion of the Festival/ Function etc., and the colour carpets should be cleaned every day and to keep neat appearance as directed during execution. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials. Hire charges for erection and removal of barricading with MS pipes at required places with MS pipes of 40mm diameter using 2.45 m long verticals and 3 to 6 metres horizontals. The barricading provided such that it shall be 2m above ground level and 0.45 m pipe embedded in the ground with necessary earth work excavation in all soils up to 0.45m to 0.60 m depth (except rock requiring chiselling). The Horizontals shall be in 3 rows one at 0.50 metres from bottom and balance two rows at 0.70 metres intervals leaving top gap of 0.10 m to 0.15 m and using vertical pipes at a spacing of 2.40 mts to 2.70 mts using special type gripper clamps ("Nandu" clamps) for keeping the both horizontal and vertical intact and joining pins for horizontals.

The barrication shall be strongly fixed without any shaking including providing inclined struts wherever necessary including labour charges for all the operations such as loading unloading erection, removal etc., including conveyance charges to site (both ways ) and removing the same after completion of the festival and taking away the material etc.,duly refilling the pits and levelling the surface etc.,complete as directed during the execution. All the clamps shall be covered with rubber sheet for safety, so as to avoid exposure of sharp edges. Hire charges for providing & fixing of good quality GI sheets ( 22 to 26 gauge) ( plain or corrugated ) sheets to the available frame work for roof or sides for function/festival pendals. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete . Hire charges for erection and removal of temporary Platform at a height of 15 cms to 30 cms (6" to 12") from the floor/Ground level using MS pipe vertical supports with adjustable jockey and four sides supporting MS pipe bracing and top covering 19mm ply wood laid on M.S pipes frame work and should be made without undulation and without shaking. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials, hire charges and labour charges for fixing etc., complete . Hire charges for providing White ceiling cloth for decorating the pendals and Mandapam with necessary frame work with decorative frills (jallars) around and border and decorative frills (jallars) at the centre with red or green colour or any other attractive colour wherever necessary etc., complete as directed during execution. The ceiling cloth should be pure white in colour and with out any patches and preferably new or neatly washed and should be in good condition through out the Festival or Ustavam period and should be removed after the same is over and should be repaired or replaced as and when torn out by any means including due to rain with out any extra cost .The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete . The rate is for below mentioned calendar days .(The rate for pendals will be paid as per area of pendals measured on covering plan area) Note: If, there is any deviation in the usage of good quality of cloth effecting the pleasing appearance and if the contractor fails to rectify it as per the directions of Engineer in charge, suitable penalty shall be imposed by the Engineer in charge. * The relevant conditions of the foot note mentioned at the end of these items/chapter applies.

Hire charges for erection and removal of MS pipes Pendals with MS pipes 40 mm dia for vertical, horizontals bracings and roofing. The pendals are firmly fixed with bracings and with necessary frame work/rope etc., and the roof covered with thick white ceiling cloth along with all round frills (jallars) including anchoring to the ropes to the ground with suitable anchoring and necessary watch and ward against theft and fire accidents and incidental charges etc. complete as directed during execution. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials (Transportation charges) and labour charges for fixing etc., complete . The rate is for below mentioned calendar days.(The rate for pendals will be paid as per area of pendals measured on covering plan area). Note:- If, there is any deviation in the usage of good quality of cloth effecting pleasing appearance and if the contractor fails to rectify it as per the directions of Engineer in charge, suitable penalty shall be imposed by the Engineer-in-Charge. * The relevant conditions of the foot note mentioned at the end of these items/chapter applies.

Hire charges for erection and removal of barricading with M.S. frames made with MS hallow square tubes. The barrication provided such that it shall be 1.20m height above the ground level and fixed to the ground (Earth/CC road/B.T road )with base anchors made with MS angle/channels true to alignment. The barrication shall be strongly fixed without any shaking including providing inclined struts wherever necessary including labour charges for all the operations such as loading, unloading ,erection, removal etc., including conveyance charges to site both ways)and removing the same after completion of the festival and taking away the material etc., complete as directed during the execution.

Hire charges for providing Aluminium Structure of centre(8mts height) unsupported span of ranging 30' to 50' Aluminium Grade - T3, Pillars of size 150mm x 100mm x 4000 mm height with required Base plates with side and centre rafter dimension of 100mm x 150mm x 4000 mm Length and suitable purlins with adequate supports along with necessary anchors to the ground to with stand heavy wind and rain. The shelter shall be firmly tied with cross anchors at all the required places using necessary bolts, nuts, etc., The entire roof shall be covered suitably with water proof PVC coated Lacquered Finish Fabric firmly fixed to the purlins etc. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete .(The rate for pendals will be paid as per area of pendals measured on covering plan area). Hire charges for providing Aluminium Structure of centre (8 mts height) unsupported span of ranging 50' to 80' Aluminium Grade - T3, Pillars of size 200mm x 120mm x 4000 mm height with required Base plate with side and centre rafter dimension of 120mm x 200mm x 4000mm Length and suitable purlins with adequate supports along with necessary anchors to the ground to with stand heavy wind and rain. The shelter shall be firmly tied with cross anchors at all the required places using necessary bolts, nuts, etc., The entire roof shall be covered suitably with water proof PVC coated Lacquered Finish Fabric firmly fixed to the purlins etc. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete . (The rate for pendals will be paid as per area of pendals measured on covering plan area). Supply of unskilled work men (man / woman mazdoor) for attending different works, as and when required by the department, as directed during the execution. The payment will be made as per actuals.

Hire charges for engaging tractor withTrailer for conveyance of chain links & other materials etc. including loading unloading, all incidental charges etc,. complete as directed during execution.

Supply of quarry Rubbish (35a)

Supply of machinery in desilting works guide lines for engaging Excavator- Loader (JCB) (Capacity / out put of machine 0.24/1 Cum)

1. The owner should transport the JCB to the work spot at his own costs

2. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be able to excavate a minimum of 40 cubic meter of Earth per hour.

3. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be able to load 20 tractor as per hour with quantum of 2.83 cubic metre of loose factor per each tractor.

4. The rate of per hour is inclusive of all the costs like POL, Transportation of Machine, Driver Batta and other incident charges.

5. The payment of the Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be paid hourly basis subject to the condition 2&3 cited above.

6. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should have the Tacho metre and it should function properly.

Note: For above items (from 01 to 10)

1. Erection should be completed before two days of Festival/ Utsavam as directed during execution for Pendals, Barrication and Dias.

2.Suitable tying arrangements shall be made such that the pendals/shelters laid shall withstand heavy wind & rain.

3. Proper slopes shall be maintained for smooth drainage of rain water.

4.The shelter provided shall be capable to support necessary illumination, PA system, decoration work, display TVs etc.,

5 .The agency shall allow the electrical / flower decoration/ PA system etc., over the shelter/barrication/ ceiling cloth etc., without any extra cost.

6.Adequate watch and ward shall be provided by the agency at his cost and dept. will not be responsible for any loss due to thefts/accidents etc.,

7.All the sharp projections shall be adequately covered with rubber sheet to avoid possible injuries.

8.The rain proof shelters provided shall be leak proof.
