Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft / loose soil each not exc 0.5 cu.m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surface

M & L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation , filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; incl flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work erected and fixed in position or embedding in PCC complete conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chain link Mild Steel galvanisd fencing 4 mm dia of wire and size of mesh 50 mm x 50mm all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any srandards, rails, steel bars, straining bolts, etc, including provision of binding wire complete.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 5mm to 10mm dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long each bolt complete.

Supply only Mild steel 10 mm round bars cut to length reqd incl bending hooks / ends as directed by Engineer incharge or welding for overlaps as in ties for fencing etc., conforming to Fe-290 (Grede-E-165) complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Preparing ends of steel posts as in fencing and treated with coal tar or coal tar black paint area tarred exc 0.10 Sqm but not exc 0.50 Sqm each M&L complete.

M & L for Preparing new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron work of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified

M & Lfor Preparing new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron work of any description not otherwise described width or girth not exc 10cm and M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified

M & L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerbs of any type, mud stops, copings , bed plates etc with slightly rounded or chamferred edges complete all as specified and as directed.
