Demolition of brick work/PCC block masonry or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre cast cement concrete type 1:3:6 type C-2 (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall etc including racking out joint hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete wall surfaces of any description, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered and unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of and walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC work of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided forincluding removal of debris outside ND(V) complete all as specified and directed (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition).

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 using SBR Latex emulsion @ 4% by weight of cement on concrete surfaces of any description, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of and walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) over a coat of alkali resistance primer over a coat of wall putty minimun thickness 1.5mm and cutting to smooth surfaces by sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated or semi corrugated/trapezoidal or any pattern steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rate inclusive of bending / curving of required shape sheets

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

S&F fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting of 2mm thickness with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L MS rolled section of grade Fe-410-W (Gde - E-250), quality - A (beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) as in roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries rails, and fastening and heavy bracket framing including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc. 1000 ltrs & not exc. 2000 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc., and hoisting of if required reconnecting and refixing in position. (Cleaning reapiring etc., measured seperately).

M&L for removal of existing membrane of roof treatment,water proofing treatment at parapet / vertical walls, cleaning the concrete / plastered surface, removing dirt and debris, making defective locations and removing loose concrete plastered surface by careful stripping untill hard surface is exposed, cutting the concrete / plastered surfaces to regular shape, wire brushing the exposed surface and removing debris outside ND(V) area complete all as specified & directed

Brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.0 Kg of cement per sqm all as specified and directed for bonding between old and new concrete.

M&L 40 mm thick (av thickness) PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding over roof and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L water proofing treatment on cleaned RCC roof comprises with the following operation as specified here-in-below :- (a) 20 mm thick (av. mimimum thickness) plastering in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement & finishing the plastered surfaces even and smooth over cleaned RCC roof. The plastered surface shall be cured properly for ten days by ponding of water over roof. (b) After drying the surface, apply bitumen primer of density at 25°C, 0.87 to 0.89 kg / Liter and viscosity 70-160 cps over the plastered surface @ 0.40 Ltr / Sqm. The manufacturer of primer shall be the same membrane manufacturer (c) Providing and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 kg/Sqm water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non woven polyester matt make as approved over the primer coat. Membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc all as per Para 11.44.5 of SSR Part I. (d) Applying one coat of Aluminium paint @ 0.1 ltr per Sqm over APP based polymetric membrane complete all as per manufacturer's instruction.

M&L water proofing treatment on vertical surfaces like. parapet walls etc. comprises with the following operation as specified here-in-below :- (a) 15 mm thick (av. mimimum thickness) plastering in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement & finishing the plastered surfaces even and smooth over cleaned surfaces. The plastered surface shall be cured properly for ten days . (b) After drying the surface, apply bitumen primer of density at 25°C, 0.87 to 0.89 kg / Liter and viscosity 70-160 cps over the plastered surface @ 0.40 Ltr / Sqm. M&L for Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified & directed

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out PVC (SWR) soil waste and vent pipe of any size including all fittings etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single, socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single, socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed

S&F 160 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single, socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed

Taking out deteriorated / leaking valley gutters of any shape, size and material from the work shop buildings at height of 6 m to 30 m including disconnecting the funnels from gutters & rain water pipe, in position and S&F new valley gutters with new Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain sheet of 0.6 mm thick made to shape and size ( width of sheet required is 800 mmtto1200 mm) with 200 mm over laps with double washer self driving screws at joint using leak proof jointing material (Tar roof compound or similar material) and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed

Taking out deteriorated / unserviceable funnels of valley gutters of any shape, size and material from the work shop buildings at height of 6 m to 30 m including disconnecting the funnels from gutters & rain water pipe, in position and Supply & fixing with new funnel made out of Galvalume plain sheet of 0.60 mm thick to required shape and size to match with the existing funnels with extra collar of 50 mm over the actual outer diameter of rain water pipe and inserting into the rain water pipe with 150mm length in to the rain water pipe with double washer self driving screws using leak proof jointing material (Tar roof compound) or similar material and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed Note:- MS flat iron clamps shall be measured and paid separately under respective iten in this schedule as 'supply only'

Supply only MS flat iron clamps made to any shape with flat iron of 40mm wide and 6m thick (Length of FI required for each clampis 1.00m to 1.50 m ) to support the valley gutter, rain water pipes etc, complete all as specified and as directed

Cleaning and removing all debris/vegetation from roof surfaces of any height and cleaning the mouth of rain water pipe and removal of material outside ND(V) land complete all as specified & directed.

Cleaning of roof / vally gutter upto 600 mm wide including cleaning of RWP holes spouts at height of 6 m to 20 m of workshop buildings by rodding or with bamboo split and well flushing with water after cleaning the same and arresting the leakage by passing by suitable size of PVC SWR / fittings side pipe or by chipping off old concrete and applying concrete / cement mortar using with WPC, including removing of plant / Vegetation growths debris outside ND(V) area complete all as specified & directed complete. Note :- Necessary bends, pipes etc.shall be measured and paid separately under respective iten in this schedule as 'supply only'

Note : The BOQ items are to be executed for multi storied building of three floors height / work shop buildings of similar height and requires double scaffolding to carry out the mechanically applied repair mortars etc . The rates quoted shall be accordingly considered for all the safety gear, scaffolding, height, lead and lift in the items.
