REPAIR AND MAINT OF PIPELINES INCLUDING VALVES OF OVERHEAD TANK AT DOMESTIC AND TECH AREA OF 32 WING, AF STN JODHPUR

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipe lines, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense Soil/Rocks complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling carefully and taking up or down existing serviceable/un-serviceable steel water tubing and connections of 150 mm bore, fixed in walls, ceiling, floors, trenches etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

All as per serial item No. 4.00 here-in-before but 80 mm dia bore.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing centrifugally cast Ductile Iron spun pressure pipes (Class K9) of 150 mm bore with internal cement mortar lining and external zinc coating (130 gm/sqm minimum) and bituminous finish layer (minimum thickness 70 microns) with socket & spigot ends (ISI marked) conforming to IS 8329-2000 suitable for push on rubber gasket/tyton joint laid in trenches complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork, DI fittings / specials & joints shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 80mm bore (ISI marked) with & including all fittings laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply & fixing cast iron body sluice valve heavy duty class ‘PN-1.6’ of 150 mm bore, ISI marked with IS 14846, both flanged ends and drilled, high tensile stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass ring, non rising type, cast iron wheel handle, cast iron cap, with 3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, and testing, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable sluice valve of 150 mm bore, complete, all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing cast iron body sluice valve heavy duty class ‘PN-1.6’ of 200 mm bore, ISI marked with IS 14846, both flanged ends and drilled, high tensile stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass ring, non rising type, cast iron wheel handle, cast iron cap, with 3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, and testing, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable sluice valve of 200 mm bore, complete, all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing cast iron body sluice valve heavy duty class ‘PN-1.6’ of 250 mm bore, ISI marked with IS 14846, both flanged ends and drilled, high tensile stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass ring, non rising type, cast iron wheel handle, cast iron cap, with 3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, and testing, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable sluice valve of 250 mm bore, complete, all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing Ductile Iron fittings, specials (K-12) such as bends, tapers, collars, reducers, tee pieces (single or double branch) any type, angle/radius and straight connecting pieces etc (ISI marked) conforming to IS 9523- 2000 for flanged/socket and spigot ends suitable for DI pipe upto 150 mm bore including any type of joints complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe 15mm bore (minimum weight 142 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe 20mm bore (minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe 25mm bore (minimum weight 455 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Ball valve of size 20mm dia with brass rod and polythene float of size 100mm ball and fly nut, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 15.00 here-in-before but bore size 25 mm.

S&F in replacement of 80 mm dia butterfly valve complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm thick copper earth plate electrode buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground level and connected to and including earth lead 20mmx3mm copper strip by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers thimbles, etc as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I and connection to main switch board or panel and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in, and removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc 50 metre, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C-2, charcoal and salt mixed layer 15 cm thick all around the earth plate electrode, MS funnel with wire mesh, GI pipe medium grade 20 mm bore for watering and 40 mm bore 7.50 metre long GI pipe light grade for earth lead protection fixed with poles/walls with two clamps, made from MS flat 25 mmx3mm, bolts, nuts and washers, 23 mm thick sand stone slab pit cover etc including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable earthing, complete, all as specified & directed. Note : PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 m away from the earth electrode. The pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner

S&F copper strip of size 20x3 mm as earth continuity conductor buried in ground or fixed to wall/folle/ground provided with porcelain insulators space no less than 0.5 mtrs etc., complete all as specified & directed.

M&L air termination single pointed copper rod of 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified & directed.

S&F GI pipe 40 mm dia grade to be fixed in PCC foundation complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 20mm bore Gun metal gate valve (ISI marked) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, complete all as specified & directed.

All as per serial item No. 25.00 here-in-before but bore size 25 mm.

S&F 15/20/25 mm UPVC nut including rubber washer both side inside and outside of any tank sealed with M-seal, fixed & ensuring no leakage from water tank etc, complete all as specified & directed.
