M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of brick/ stone/ concrete/ plastered surface exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (white or tinted) including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings and any other surfaces by removing splashes/ spots after finishing the job complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including brooming or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, grasy spots and stopping nails marks by applying white cement base putty in patches as required and applying one coat of oil bound distemper (white or tinted) to walls including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings and any other surfaces by removing splashes/ spots after finishing the job complete all as specified and as directed.
