RBR-FNDN-1- (I-B-i) - In ordinary soils up to 3.00 Mts depth below GL by Mechanical means: Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for Pipe line trenches as per drawings and technical specifications including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material , dressing of sides and bottom as per Technical Specification 304 MORTH and as directed by the departmental officer including protecting the existing utility services wherever it is possible during the execution and taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas for laying sewer/water lines including divertion of traffic and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material and disposal of remaining earth upto a lead of 50 m, including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete by mechanical means.

Manufacture, supply, & delivery of (DWC) structured wall polyethylene/polypropylene piping system with nonsmooth external annular corrugated and smooth internal surface (Double Wall) for nonpressure sewage & Drainage application pipes of standard length 6 m, grade conforming to IS 16098 (part-II: 2013) including transportation to anywhere in A.P, excluding all taxes -Stiffness Class SN-8

Laying of DWC Pipes of Class SN8 structured wall (External Annular Corrugated & Smooth Internal surface) Polythelene pipes, on the lower bedding (Constructed at bottom of trenches) at prescribed gradient, depth & alignment including installation and jointing of the same with the help of coupler (on line/ off line) attached to one end of the pipe & sliding the coupler end over the elastomeric sealing rubber ring fitted on the specified valley of the spigot end of next pipe, testing the water tightness of the joint assembly, ensuring the continuity tests of specified pipe segments etc. complete as per drawing, specifications & detail engineering, including carriage of pipes & fittings from site stacks to the place of laying etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Payment to be made on the basis of actual finished length of pipe line).

BLD-CSTN-5-4-(42): Brick Masonary 2nd Class Ground moulded or treditional size 23x11x7 Cm in Cement Mortor 1:6 Prop including Cost & conveyance of all Materials like Cement, Sand, Bricks, Water, etc., to site cost of Seigniorage charges on all materials, including all labour charges like mixing Cement Mortor, scaffoding charges lift charges , curing charges etc., complete for finished item of work

BLD-CSTN-8-10 - (85) : Plastering 12mm thick two coats with base coat of 8mm thick in C.M. (1:5) and top coat of 4mm thick in C.M. (1:3) with dubara sponge finishing including cost & conveyance of all materials like cement, Sand , Water, etc., to site, seigniorage charges, all operational, including charges, labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing , including cutting grooves where ever necessary etc., complete for finished item of work.

Constructing 904.0 mm (3’0”) dia solid block masonry inspection chamber as per IS - 4111: Part-1:1986 with cement mortar (1:6) prop usingfly-ash blocks of 225 mm thick from approved source having a minimum crushing strength of 10 N/sq.mmincluding plastering with cement mortar 1:3 prop; ½” thick both inside and outside fitted with 20” dia RCC manhole covers and frames including excavating pits up to a depth of 904 mm (3'-0") in all sorts of soils (excluding rock) and laying cement concrete (1:4:8) 150 mm thick using 40 mm HBG Metal and P.C.C. 1:2:4 benching and channel 100 mm thick as per Standard specification andincluding cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, cost of seigniorage charges on all materials and all incidental andoperational, labour charges like mixing cement mortar, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing etc., complete for finished item of work as per Standard specification

Manufacture as per BIS:12592 (Part 1&2) Supply & Delivery of manhole covers and frames with ISI marking anywhere in A.P., F.O.R. destination including, loading, un-loading & stacking at site but excluding all taxes.
