Dismantling of mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of posts embeded in concrete or strut ( wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embeded portion and making good the distrubed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel work as in fencing posts, struts in fencing embedding in concrete and screwing etc. including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, nolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking , benduing , fixed to chain link fencing as guard bars complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing mild steel bolts ( machine made ) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each srewed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut , exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long, diameter of neck exc 11 to 15 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing chain link MS galvanised fencing of any size or type complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubish to a distance not exc 50m as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in flooring laid in panels and casting shall be in alternative panels and finishing the surfaces of concrete topping even and fair without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in surface channels and drains including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour Chequred cement concrete tiles30cmx30cmx25mm thick coloured rubber pressed glossy finish of approved pattern & shade as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with colour pigment over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base and finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry precast PCC block walling built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block of cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Raised pointing to block in course or ashlar masonry or concrete block walling in Cement mortar1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or PCC blocks or stone wall or concrete surface etc including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a distance n exc 250m complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats cement base paint complete all as pecified and directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bed block, etc, rounded or chamfered on edges and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc incuding necessary form work complete all as specified.

Materia & Labour for providing and fixing in repair stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes channels, plates etc including welding, grinding buffing, polishing and making curvature ( whereever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc, of required size , on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Materia & Labour for providing precast type B0 1:2:4 ( 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in louvers and jallies, 45mm thick ( measured solid), including all moulding but excluding frame ( precast frame shall be measured separately) and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.
