Providing and installation of different capacity pump with motor at different DTW schemes under the jurisdiction of DWS Sub Division No. I, Collegetilla, Agartala during the year 2025 26

Providing & installation of 10000 GPH capacity x 76 mtr. Head water lubricated submersible pump ( Kirloskar/Crmpton/KSB/DUKE/Texmo make) with maximum 8 stages coupled with required wet & non over loading submersibble motor suitable for 340-440 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz, AC supply & star delta method f starting as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, installation of water lubricated vertical submersible pump set having 15000 GPH capacity (Kirloskar/Crompton/Texmo/KSB/DUKE make) up to required depth with GI coloumn pipe in/c. providing fitting fixing by necessary rubber washer, nuts and volts, MS safety lamp etc. as per required size and making necessary electrical connection with main switch/starter with motor in/c. commisioning and trial run as per direction of the Enginnering-in-charge ( GI Column pipe will be paid separately)

Providing and fitting fixing of Fully Automatic Star Delta Type Motor Starter ( 3 ph. 50 Hz, 415 V in steel sheet enclosures with contractors and timer etc. complete suitable for submersible pump L&T, BCH, ABB make as per specfication and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

iii) 50 HP/26 kw relay range within 20-32+ 10%

iv) 75 HP/18.5 Kw Relay range within 13-21+10%

Providing and fitting fixing steel sheet enclosed switch fuse unit ( suitable for DIN fuses), triple pole with Neutral Link (TPN), 415/500 Volt, L&T/ Havells/BCH make etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

i) 63 amps

ii) 100 amps

Providing and fitting fixing with PVC insulated 3 core flat copper cable conformimg to relevant IS code for submersibble motor with all necessary equipments as required as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

ii) 10 sqm

Providing and fitting fixing with PVC insulated single core multistrand copper cable conforming to relevant IS: 694 for interconnection with all necessary equipments of the pannel board as per specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge.

ii) 50 sqm

Providing and installation of mono block pump set 0.75 KW/100 HP 16-18 mtr. Head 1 phase horizontal motor suitable for 1000 GPH capacity (Kirloskar/crompton/KSB/Duke make) complete as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and installation of 0.50 HP pump motor ( Kirloskar make) single phase, self priming mono block including 20 Amps double pole MCB switchhand 1.00 sqmm copper wire as required with commisioning and trial run as per direction of the Engineerin-Charge.
