Taking down of cement plaster of any description on brick walls or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in in two layers 5mm thick inCM 1:4,over 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on fair face of brick work/Stone or concrete surface to be finished even and smooth without using extra cemen Including WPC compound 3% by weight of cement.(Note :a) Intergial WPC Compound shall be used in sencond layer,b) Intergial WPC shall be paid seperately on supply only.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall incl sweeping clean with brush to remove loose dust, sand, etc and applying two coats of heavy duty waterproofing coat (Dr Fixit Wounderproof-1 or equivalent) by mixing water @ 25-30% to make slurry coating and allow 4 to 6 hrs time for drying up of first coat before application of second coat in perpendicular direction of first coat and further left to dry for 4 hrs complete all as specified and directed as per manufacturer instructions.

Preparation of newly plastered surface and and applying applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces by using smart painting tools complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finishing the surface even and even smooth without using extra cement..

M&L for preparation of new plastered and unplastered or concrete surfaces and applying three coat of white wash all as specified

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation and applying three coats of white wash on new plastered surface of celing all as specified and directed

M & L for preparing old decorated plastered surfaces on walls and applying one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of all loose/unsound/bad/damaged concrete or plaster existing RCC structure of slab/beams/walls by using chesel/hammar .Cut and remove unsound reinforcement bars, wires etc without damaging the sound reinforcement . clean loose rust from bars manually with brush supplyng and fixing new supplymentary bars if required,either by tying it with by welding on it. Applying eppoxy bonding agent and making good with polymer modified plaster/micro concrete as required thickness over a coat of rust removing alkaline primer and match the finishing to the existing surface in ground floor including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of MS work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Rolled sections Fe-410w(grade E-250 quality B) as in framing for cladding,glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates etc

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying 2 coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer.

Dismantling of AC /CGI/aluminium sheets in roof, cladding including ridges etc.

S&F High tensile galvalume sheets colour coated single skin high rib / multi rib TMP Profile Galvalume sheeting in roof having 1000-1020 mm width 28 mm high crest @ maximum 250 mm pitch (centre to centre) and minimum 190mm manufactured out of 0.50 mm TCT (total coated thickness) cold rolled steel, having yield strength 550MPa minimum and wall coated with 25 micron modified polyester paint system applied on Zincalume on top and with back coating on sheet shall be 7-10 micron epoxy paint. The sheet shall be supplied in length maximum upto 6-12 meters long to suit with structural dimensions and fixed with self tapping screws with built in gasket (with bitumen washer) of suitable size machine fixed as per manufacturer instructions and applying adhesive compound to joint overlap of sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete sub base 75mm thick type D-2 1:4:8(40mm graded aggregate) .

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20 mm Graded Stone Aggregate) 40 mm mm thick, as in floors, etc, and finished the Cement Concrete Surfaces Even and fair with outusing Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade A

S & F iin repair Mild steel, plain, black sheet 1mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required→

Taking down existing rolling shutters up to 10.00 Sq m area and readjusting the laths and locking curls, tighteining guide channels, greasing ,necessary welding to cage flats and as required etc for easy operation including replacing the unserviceable parts like springs,bearing, MS tube and complete serviceing for smooth fucntioning and refixing to original position complete all as specified. Note : only following parts will be measered seprately as supply only rates .

Supply & Fix in repair only helical spring for counter balancing rolling shutter made from high tension steel spring 75/115mm bore and 600mm long

Supply only ball bearing for rolling shutters 75 to 100 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs safty lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters.

S&F in repairs mild steel worm wheel and gear wheel fitted to suspension shaft of the rolling shutter and connecting rod respectively all as specified and directed. Note:- Suspension shaft and connecting rod will be measured and paid for separately.

S&F in repairs Bevel gear with handle fitted to connecting rod (excluding connecting rod).

S&F in repairs 25mm dia.connecting rod fitted to gear wheel and bevel gear.

S&F in repairs, fabricated lock plate of riveted construction made of mild steel sheet 3.15mm thick and 150mm width, reinforced with mild steel angle of size 35mmx35mmx5mm at bottom, and top shall be interlocked with bottom most lath section of curtain.

S&F in repairs Mild steel bracket plate of 3.15mm thick and n.exe.0.15 sqm of size in any shape fixed to the wall with mild steel angle 40mmx40mmx6mm as holdfast of length minimum 200mm from edge of the bracket plate embedded with PCC 1:2:4 concrete of size 250mmx200mmx200mm and fitted with guide channel by means of 20mm square bar.

S&F in repair Mild steel sheet 1.00mm thick as hood cover of any shape with flat iron stiffners at both edges and fixed to the bracket plate.

M&L for scrubbing out old paint, rust etc and making smooth and even surface then painting wpplying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth including necessary preparation of surfaces including all fitments all as directed at site

S&F in repair steel rolling shutters 1.25mm thick gear oprated type with bevel gear box and crank handle including top cover,anchoring rod, hasp staple and one coat of primer errected complete including required PCC for hold fast and fixing complete.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm in width or girth and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified & directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.built in cement mortar.

M&L Average 25mm thk Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course/padding with slope 1:40 all as directed

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to mach the shad of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete, including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortat 1:4

M&L for Machine cut kota single stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of step , dado etc, piece machine polished laid over and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in gery cement and pigment to match the colour of slab,10mm thick rendering as in backing coat for skirting/dado in CM (1:3) with on wall surfaces complete as specified .
