M & L Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, bed etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Design Mix Concrete) using 20mm graded aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, plinth beams, bases for columns, basement slab, under-reamed piles etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Design Mix Concrete) using 20mm graded stone aggregate in walls, retaining walls, basement wall and the like, any thickness above top of footings, including attached pillaster and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Design Mix Concrete) using 20mm graded aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length , bent to shape required including cranking bending hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

M&L Brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surface or PCC block masonry surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L applying two coats of weather shield exterior emulsion paints over a coat of primer including preparation of new external wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for boulder pitching, laid dry, hand packed tightly and grouting with cement sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes 75 mm dia as in weep holes cut to size and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, noising to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof incl securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing incl cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh) incl all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and removing materials from site of work complete all as directed.

M&L preparing new steel surfaces of any descriptions, n.exc. 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide/ zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in bed plates, and the like including necessary formwork weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for forming to the required level by raising earth (earth shall be obtained from outside of MOD land) and spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm thick, watering ramming/ consolidated upto the required level all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : Excess quantity required even after refilling with the available earth obtained from Excavation (i.e Item No. 4 & 5) will be measured under this item.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed of drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slab (for manhole), chullah hood, chajjas, water trough, mangers, shelves etc and similar articles with plain faces set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.
