SCOPE OF WORK i) Submission of Detail Project Report. ii) Topographical Survey through total station showing all details, iii) Soil Testing for minimum 5 nos. bore holes for minimum depth of 10 m. iv) Preparation of Architectural Drawing (Plan, Elevation etc. of AutoCAD 2007). v) Structural Design and Detailing of Super Structure and Sub Structure including Design Calculation, Structural Drawings of Civil & Electrical. (incl. drawings of Auto CAD 2007) vi). Preparation of Estimate and BOQ (Both in Hard & Soft copy in excel) as per PWD Schedule/ PW(Roads) Schedule in vogue (including Civil & Electrical). vii). Certificate regarding stability, safety, suitability of the structure. viii). Certificate regarding Fire safety clearance. ix) Technical vetting of the structural design from reputed engineering education institution which will cover every items as above. x) Submission of DPR in 6 Copies (including all soft copies in pendrive) xi) Periodical visit during construction.
