Taking down geyser of capacity 25/ 35/ 50 litre after disconnecting water supply and electric connection and re-connecting the same after repairs complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for opening electric geyser of capacity 25/ 35 litre, taking out the inner tank, glass wool, geyser assembly, heating element and thermostat etc., cleaning, painting the complete geyser using iron brush/ iron rod and taking out the dirt & other deposits, re-assembling the geyser after replacing the defective parts and refilling the glass wool etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No. 2 above but capacity of geyser 50 litre.

Supply and replacement of heating element single phase 230 volts with rubber gasket; push type round shape of capacity 2 KW all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No. 4 above but capacity of element 1.5 KW for solar water heater compelete all as Specifeid

All as per item No. 4 here-in-before above but element of triangular shape of capacity 2.0 KW.

Supply and replacement of thermostat single phase 230 volts with setting range 0° C to 85° C all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and replacement of geyser assembly having copper base and piping with 9/8/6 holes all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and replacement of worn out/ leaking inner steel/iron body water tank for 25 litre capacity geyser all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and replacement of worn out/ leaking steel/iron body water tank for 35 litre capacity geyser all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and replacement of worn out/ leaking inner steel/iron body water tank for 50 litre capacity geyser all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and replacement of phase indicator button type round shape all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and replacement of fusible plug of existing shape and size all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and replacement of base plate in two parts of existing size all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and replacement of air/pressure release valve all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and replacement of PVC connection 15mm size with brass nuts of length 600mm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down Solar water heater of capacity 100 ltrs/200 ltrs/500 ltrs and repair /maint of unsv items and re-fixed in original position (Spare items will be paid in respective items ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down of GI pipe medium grade of size 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing for steel water tubes of size 20mm bore (medium grade) galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors/ concealed in walls

Taking down Exhaust fan 250/300mm sweep of any make/ model and repairing by removing burnt / heated copper winding from stater and rewinding the stater coils with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size including providing insulation material, varnishing, painting and provision of cotton tape, re-assembling and testing including replacement of spring washer and two core flexible wire of size 23/.0076 with copper conductor of suitable length from fan terminal to ceiling rose and refixing in in same or or other position as directed complete all as specified and directed. Make of winding wire: DEVIDAYAL/ NATIONAL.

Supply and replacement of rubber reel set with nuts, bolt and washer etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only HT imprignated insulation tape 15mm wide of length 15 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
