ADDITION/ ALTERATION TO BUILDING No P-01 AT CGAE KOCHI

Dismantling floor, stone, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 (12.5 mm Graded Stone Aggregate) as in sub floor etc., including rough top surface to receive floor finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles of any shade any pattern of size (pattern consist of combination of two or more colour 7 to 8 -10 mm (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement as in floor over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note: No extra cost shall be allowed for removing and refixing joinery and cutting of doors etc, any required during execution work

Material and Labour for glossy finish coloured Vitrified tiles 8-10 mm thick of area of each tiles not exceeding 0.42 Sqm but not exceeding 1.0 Sqm, of any shade of any pattern (pattern consists combination of two or more tiles ) as in vertical surfaces etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match colour tiles over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Vitrified ceramic tiles 8-10 mm thick dark shade/ double charged/ ultracharged area of each tiles not exceeding 0.42 Sqm but not exceeding 1.0 Sqm, of any shade and any pattern (pattern consists combination of two or more tiles ) as in floor etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match colour tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles complete all as specified and directed. Note: No extra cost sahll be allowed for Removing and re-fixing and necessary cutting of door etc if any required during execution of work.

S & F for 10 mm thick Vitrified light shade coloured tiles, square/rectangular double polished, area of each tile n.exc. 0.36 Sqm, in floor including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 etc.,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white with pigment to match for laying floor finishes all as specified and directed .

M&L for 8 to 10 mm thick ceramic joint free Coloured Tiles, of size 600 x 100/ 150 mm, on vertical surface/Skirting over and including 10 mm thick rencering in CM 1:4 Laid and Jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of the Tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm granite slab of any size for counter top and similar work over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including making good the edges complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed bed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone slab including rubbing and polishing over 20 mm thick screed bed CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc.complete all as specified and directed
