M & L for brick work with Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No. 4 above but except Stones, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Unreinforced Cement Concrete in ground floors and Pavings not exceeding 15cm thick [below or above ground level] and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Plain / Reinforced cement concrete Type C1 [Nominal Mix] 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5m span, Cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for forming fair finished drain or channel of any inner girth using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred / stooped ends complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, Type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation, Fillings, Mass concrete, Footings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick surfaces or on one side of lathing, 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete [reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition] of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing RCC M-20 Design Mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Precast Landings, Cover Slabs [for manholes etc], Chullah Hoods, Chajjas, Water Troughs, Mangers, Shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and removal of steel formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions of any shape / cross section for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M–20 Design Mix, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations including Pile Caps, Rafts, Footings, Foundation Beams, Plinth Beams, Bases for Columns etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M-20 Design Mix, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 5mm to 10mm dia bars as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Mild Steel or Wrought Iron Work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild Steel work conforming to Fe - 290, Grade E-165, as in framed work such as Grills, Gratings, Ladders etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed Guard Bars, Barred Iron Doors, Ladders, framed Balusters, Walk Ways, Railings, framework of Water Tanks and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild Steel work conforming to Fe - 290, Grade E-165 as in Hand Rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for Balusters Running Bars, for Doors, Balusters, Nosing to Steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc., Wind Ties for roof including securing bolts, Posts and Struts in Fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, bending to shape, notching for wire, drilling holes or as in flat iron fillets [for securing wire mesh and barbed wire etc.] including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS machine made screw bolts with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed other or screwed both ends, fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exceeding 10 cm long and not exceeding 15 cm long, dia of neck exceeding 11 mm but not exceeding 15 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide / Zinc Chrome Primer on new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Galvanised, 2 Strand, Steel Barbed Wire 2.24mm dia, Barbed with 2mm dia bars at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line of wire will be measured for payment.

S & F in repairs Concertina Coil Fencing with Punched Tape Concertina Coil made from High Tensile Spring Steel, High Carbon Wire conforming to IS – 4454 [Part – 1], of Grade –SM duly Hot Dipped Galvanised, 1050mm dia, 10 Metre openable length, with Galvanised coating and Punched Tape material as per IS – 513, having 50 Nos Rounds per 6 Metre length [before stretching], having medium barbs [Barb length 24±1mm, Pitch between two barbs 35±1mm], Spring Core Wire [2.5 mm thick] of high tensile strength of 165 Kg / Sq.mm with tape [0.52mm thick] and weight 43.478 Grams / Metre and fixing to “Y” or Trapezoidal shaped angle iron brackets placed at 2.00m to 3.00m apart and with 6/9 horizontal RBT [Reinforced Barbed Tape] Wire, Stud tied with GI Staples and GI Clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts and coating with Px Compound [Anti Rust] complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Horizontal barbed wire & angle iron supports shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule "A". Measurement shall be made for stretched length.

Dismantling Fencing Wire Mesh of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in Post holes or similar holes each not exceeding 0.5 Cu.m, getting out in Hard Rock / Concrete, including returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F PVC Coated Chain Link MS Galvanised Fencing Mesh of size 50 mm X 50mm, 4mm dia wire with minimum 1 mm thick PVC Coating and of weight not less than 4.5 KG / Sq.m including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS Round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape and binding with MS wire as in Running Bars for Chain Link Fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of Cement Based paint over a coat of Alkali Resistant Primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered wall surfaces and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Glazed Polish finished coloured Chequered Cement Concrete Tiles of thickness 23 to 25mm, made with M-25 Grade Precast Cement Concrete, Hydraulically pressed of size not less than 300 X 300 mm, of approved shape, colour and pattern, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Sand filling as in Sand Bed to Inter Locking Paving Blocks including filling interstices complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Inter Locking Paving Blocks of 80mm thick, made with M40 Grade cement concrete using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, Hydraulically pressed of approved colour and pattern, shape and size conforming to IS - 15658 set in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound [ISI marked] of approved make.

Demolition of Stone Slab laid, bedded and pointed in Cement Mortar of thickness not exceeding 25 mm and removing serviceable tiles to the stores and removing rubbish / debris to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Granite Stone Slabs of 18 to 20 mm thick of Colour Mexican Red / Ruby Red / Z Black / Pearl Black as in Skirting, Dado, Risers of Steps, Treads, Decorative Shelves, Staging, Jambs, Pillars etc. with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, granite stone slabs shall be of design / pattern as directed, including diagonals, inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours / shades, designs / patterns of stone slabs, set and bedded with grey cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the Granite Slabs over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 including Demolition of Stone Slab laid, bedded and pointed in Cement Mortar of thickness not exceeding 25 mm and removing serviceable tiles to the stores and removing rubbish / debris to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Single stone slab shall be used for entire height of skirting / dado / risers and joints shall match with the flooring.

M & L for 300 mm dia RCC Pipes, Class NP3, laid and jointed with collars laid in trenches and jointed including Demolition and breaking up drain pipes [Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete] of any diameter set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.
