Renovation repairing of DDH Office Santirbazar South Tripura under Bagafa Agri Sub Division During the year 2025 26

Earth Work :

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sqm and below.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts including finishing even and smooth and curing complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge:- With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: Float glass panes of thickness 4 mm

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting holes of required size in brick masonry wall for fixing of exhaust fan including providing and fixing 300 mm dia PVC pipe conforming BIS-12818 and making good the same etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling 15 to 40 mm dia G.I. pipe including stacking of dismantled pipes (within 50 metres lead) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Internal Work- Exposed on wall

Dismantling W.C. Pan of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials including malba all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material with all lifts and upto 50 m lead etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge:-Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead :

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147 as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane as required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge :

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1½:3 ( 1 Cement: 1½ fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers with shuttering ply

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto floor five level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars/ Cold twisted deformed steel bars

Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in superstructure upto floor five level including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position :Local Teak Wood

Providing and fixing panelled / or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked bright finished / black enamelled M.S butt hinges with necessary screws excluding panelling and or glazing, which will be paid for separately but including the wooden beading of 20 × 12 mm for fixing panelling and or glazing as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. a) Gamair Wood i )30 mm thick shutters

Providing and fixing factory made door frame (single rebate) made of solid PVC foam profile with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin having 60mm width & 30mm thickness and shall be fixed to wall as per instructions of Engineer-In-Charge using 100x8 sheet metal CSK screws.

Providing and fixing 28 mm thick door shutter made of solid PVC foam profile with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin having 71mm width & 28mm thick as vertical & horizontal styles. Joints are made using solvent adhesive and GI ‘C sections (39mm x 19mm x 0.6mm thick) or M S pipe (40mm x 20mm ) stiffener frame insert & telescopic polymeric ‘L’ corners .The panel shall be filled with 3mm thick high - pressure compact laminate as per manufacturer’s specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge, cover moulding shall be provided for covering fixing screws and elegant look.( for W.C. bathroom door shutter).

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete : a) 250x16 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete : a) 150x10 mm

A) 8 mm thick fully perforated calcium silicate board made with Calcareous & Siliceous materials reinforced with cellulose fiber manufactured through autoclaving process to give stable crystalline structure with minimum compressive strength 225 kg/ sq. cm, bending strength 100 kg/sq. cm , of size 595x595 mm, having perforation of dia. 10 mm with minimum perforated area 18 % with non woven tissue on the back side, having an NRC ( Noise Reduction Coefficient) of 0.85, with 50 mm thick rockwool of 48 kg /cum backing.

Providing and fixing 1st class quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 - 2017 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shades of any size as approved by Engineer in charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados, laid over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) jointed with ordinary cement slurry including pointing with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge.

Providing and laying ceramic floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 - 2017 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching igment etc. complete. Anti-Skid Tiles Ceramic Tiles 1st quality 300 x 300mm in all shades and designs

12 mm cement plaster of mix In cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand ).

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : New work ( two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work ( one or more coats ), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on old work ( one or more coats ) including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint (primer) of approved brand and manufacture

Applying priming coat [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the manufacturer] : With ready mixed Pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work ( hard & soft wood ).
