Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) in Foundations, Filling and Mass Concrete including use and waste Formwork as ordered/required at Site, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded aggregate) in Foundations, Filling and Mass Concrete including use and waste Formwork as ordered/required at Site, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (with modular size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for redndering in cement mortar (1:6) 15MM thick on concrete /brick masonry wall surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement), complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (RCC/MS ) any section embedded in natural ground, including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, quality confirming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS work for fencing post and struts made from angle iron and flat iron in any section including cutting tops to shape , drilling holes and notching for fixing of wires etc confirming to Fe -290 or Fe -330, with and incl necessary nut and bolts of 12mm dia of reqd length complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fancing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised any mesh size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and any type of standards rails straining bolt etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT Bars 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for Columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & Fixed in repair Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, includigng, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S &F repairs of seccon concertina coil 600mm dia (before stretching) with 10-12 stands of SRPBT wire of minimum dia 2.59 tensile strength of 1620 N/Sqmm with conforming IS -513DD grade & IS -4454 Part I/1981 grade-II for respective material of razor bldg and core wire including all fixing arrangements as per manufactures instruction for fixing & erection complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Demolition of stone slabs tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons laid bedeed and pointed in any morter etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for granite of any type 20MM thick cut beded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete incl 20 MM thick bed 1:6 CM in floors complete all as specified and directed.

All as per items No 18 but fixed in vertical surfaces of wall but 10 MM screed bed thick CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incuilding cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 450x 350x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry & painted in white or colour cement to match incl sreed bed 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured including Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparing new or perviously untreated Steel and Iron surfaces of any description, over 110 CM width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic Enamel paint (First quality) orver a Red oxide Zinc chorme pimer, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 CM width or girth not otherwise described applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on wall surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.
