Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 11kV Compact Sub-station with 1250 KVA CRT DRY Type Transformer
HT Side: 11kV, 630Amps 21KA for 3 Sec. SF6 insulated Non-Extensible Fixed type with Copper Busbar Compact switchgear (Type VVV+M) consisting of Three No. Fixed Motorised Vacuum Circuit Breaker having inbuilt load break switch and earth switch within SF6 insulated robotically welded non ferrite non magnetic stainless steel enclosure of thickness 2.5mm having IP 67, with series trip,self powered microprocessor based numerical 3 O/C & 1 E/F relay (IDMTL + Inst.) protection. Interconnection between HT switchgear and transformer shall be using 1Cx3x95 sq.mm Al. unarmorured XLPE Cable

D) Outdoor Enclosure Outdoor type enclosure having construction of Galvanised Sheet Steel having 1.5mm thickness for Non-load bearing & 2 mm for Load bearing partition sheets & Door with HRCA 4 mm base frame. The Enclosure shall have IP54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment & IP23 degree of protection for Transformer compartment. The enclosure exterior shall be Powder Coated (Colour Light Gray & D.A.Gray ). Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The Compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for MV & LV compartment. As per IEC 62271-202 - 1 Set
E) Interconnecting and Earthing Interconnection Between HT switchgear & Transformer using XLPE Single Core Aluminum unarmorured Cable & Interconnection between Transformer & LT switchgear using Aluminum Busbars. Internal earthing connections by using 50X6 GI strips, Transformer Neutral shall be 50X6 CU. - 1 Set

Design, fabrication, assembling, wiring, testing, supply, forwarding to site, unloading, shifting to location, inspection, installation, testing and commissioning of Floor standing LT Panel / Main distribution / sub-distribution panels fabricated out of 14 gauge CRCA sheet steel in cubicle formation, free standing floor mounted (IP65), dust and vermin proof. 16 gauge CRCA sheet steel shall be used for non load bearing walls, 2.5mm for load bearing member. 3 mm thick cable gland plates. 2 No. earthing terminals shall be provided for distrtibution panel. Lifting hooks shall also be provided for the panels. Approval shall be taken for each panel in the form of shop drawings before fabrication.
