Preparing the black top surfaces of roads by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clear the surface with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc, and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG -10 @ 5 kg/ 10 Sqm ,complete all as directed. Note: Rate included for removing grass,vegitation/scum on black top surfacee grass, root & vegetation/scum complete to the entire satisfaction of Eng- in - Charge.

M&L Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete prepared in hot mix plant and spread with mechanical paver and rolled complete all as directed.

M & L for Pre-mix bituminous, macadam 4% binder content VG-30 by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less ) complete all as directed. Note:Mix shall be prepared from hot mix plant and spreading shall be with mechanical paver machine.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 1.5mm thick painting centre line, arrow, dashes, letters etc not exc 10 cm wide on roads pavement with hot applied thermoplastic roads marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine as per manufacturers instruction complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in reapirs metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (150x150x300mm) complete all as directed.

Supplying and fixing glow sign board/ informational board of trapezoids size [(0.80m * 0.85m) +1/2*(0.40m + 0.80m)*0.55m] made out of 1.25 mm thick stainless steel sheets, welded to SS 304 grade frame of 40 mm SS pipe & fixed with stainless steel clip to joint with 70 mm dia SS post up to 3.00 & 3.40 m height (1+1 Nos) and letters on both side bilingual (Hindi and English) of size not less than 75 mm height and width not less than 50mm each embedded with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates complete all as directed . Note: The rate quoted is inclusive of earth work, concrete ,PCC etc complete as per drawing and Directed by Engr In Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons, etc complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on brick or concrete surface in Cement mortar (1:4) finishing external surface even and smooth w/o using extra Cement with including WPC complete all as directed . Note: WPC measured and paid separately.

M&L RCC design mix M-30 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates for Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses complete all as directed.

M&L RCC design mix M-30 using 20 graded stone aggregates for Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping, bed block, water trought and similar works including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary form work complete all as directed.

M&L for two coats of cement based paint on stone plastered Surfaces of any description including preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces complete all as directed

M&L for two coats of emulsion floor paint (white/coloured ) including preparation of old painted surfaces on brick, stone concrete, paver blocks , road pavements or plaster surface of any escription over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described complete all as directed.

S&F in repair convex mirror 60cm polycarbonate wide angle unbreakable safety convex mirror with installation kit and adjustable fixing bracket and provided with suitable MS pipe post, duly powder coated complete all as directed.
