QUOTATION FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND STRUCTURAL CONSULTANCY INCLUDING PREPARATION OF BOQ FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PARKING SHED FOR ONE (01) CFT AND TWO (02) MRS AT AIR FORCE STATION, CHAKERI, KANPUR

Architectural and structural consultancy job to be completed as per following, stages and terms & conditions:-(a) Preparation and supply of architectural drawing (plans, sections, elevations, details of toilets, doors, windows, ventilators, internal electrification, internal plumbing, schedule of finishes etc) including site plan duly marked with services using software like AUTOCAD using specified scales, duly reflecting figured dimensions, reflecting even minor details so as to describe full construction including minute details. (b) Preparation and supply of structural design based on software like STAAD/STRAP with load chart for entire structural components, viz, walls, columns, beams, tanks alongwith structural drawing complete as per terms and conditions given herein and direction of the CWE (AF) Chakeri, Kanpur and submission of design containing structural analysis, design, calculation and drawing in hard copy as well as soft copy. (c) Preparation of Bill of Quantities and specifications in respect of ‘’Preparation of architectural and structural drawing through consultant including preparation of BOQ for Construction of parking shed for one CFT and 02 MRS at Air force Station Chakeri, Kanpur’’ consisting of :-

Item of work for which consultancy is required : Construction of parking shed for (01) one CFT and (02) Two MRS at Air Force Station Chakeri, Kanpur. (a) Civil Works: (i) The earmaked area is east of the already existing parking shed used as garages for (02) two CFTs. The proposed additional parking shed will have dimensions 11 m (L) x 17.36 (B) x 5.5 m with adquatePCC floring &pillars as required for the shed. Also required pipes to drain out rain water. The shed should be open from to allow easy and fast.. (b) E/M Works: The following electrical services will be required at each parking shed as listed below: (i) Qty (02) two, Red colour obstruction lights over the sheds with switch on/off facility from parking shed. (ii) Provision of (02) two 05 Amp socket and (02) two 15 Amps socket wooden board emedded in pillars in each parking shed with adequate electrical wiring to cater for electrical load. (iii) Adequate LED tube lights at vantage position in each shed to cater for adequate illumination. (iv) (04) four pillar mounted fans to reduce the heat emition from the vechicles engine in the hot and humid condition prevalling round the year. (v) Flood light/high beam light on top of each shed positioned at front and rear of shed to provide proper illumination in an around shed and minmize accidental reptile/scorption bites. (vi) Adquate length of required gauge in respect of electrical wiring fom sources to parking shed and re-distriution may be catered for as deemed necessary.

The above mentioned works at 1.01 (i), (ii) & (iii) have common following stage:- STAGE-I (i) Site plan duly marked with contours, existing building & features, proposed building duly dimensioned. (ii) Dimensioned floor plans, sections, elevations, schedule of finishes, description of doors, windows etc.(iii) Interaction with user rep, planning team at HQ CWE(AF) Chakeri & GE (AF) B/R (iv) User’s approval and approval of planning team of HQ CWE (AF) Chakeri. STAGE-II (i) Full developed site plans, duly marking water supply, electric supply. (ii) Fully developed plans, sections, elevations, schedule of finishes,, toilets, internal electrification, internal plumbing and full minor details required for lumpsum tender. (iii) Structural analysis model draft structural drawing including typical details and structural notes. (iv) Approval from CWE (AF) Chakeri for structural analysis model, structural drawings and detailsi. STAGE-III Submission of full arch drawings, structural drawings duly vetted by Govt Engineering College, submission of BOQ and specifications.
