Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc all as specified and directed .

Note :- contractor shall submit performance Guarantee for period of five years complete all as specified.

M&L for applying two coats Apex Ultima Protek system of Asian paint or equivalent of Berger/Nerolac/ Dulux over a coat of antifungal primer duly applied through company authorised applicator or under company supervision using modern tools and techniques including complete removal of exisitng treatment at any storey of bldgs including provn and removal after use, of necessary scaffolding, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer In Charge. Note :- contractor shall submit performance Guarantee for period of five years complete all as specified.

S&F for Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete shall as specified.

Taking down gear operating type rolling shutter at a height up to 6 m of size 3.00 X 3.5 m (approx) along with all fittings & accessories all as specified and asdirected

M&L for 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cement mortar 1:6 for roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq. m each but without taking shutters off its frame complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet and matching edges reinforced with M.S. Square tube & fixing in opening complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded Prelam PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm Plain colour PVC Sheet on back face, with particle board core fixing in frame at site complete all as specified and as directed.
