Supply, installation , testing commissioning iron removal pressure feed type filtration plant with pressure filter, catalytic media, Air compressor, back washing facility of capacity 10,000 gallan/ hrs to withstand to pressure 10kg/cm sq with catalytic and filtration media ( as required size and grade/mesh to obtain portable water recommended parameters) including MS frontal pipe (duly welded), cocks, valves (inlet, outlet, back wash, rinse and bypass complete as per manufacture's instruction),provision of man hole,hand hole strainer including air vent system, coagulated feeder with accessories, Alum dosing system, oxidation chamber with media (MnO2) with all accessories suitable capacity with all fitting's fixture, pressure gauge, RCC/PCC foundation as per OEM recommendation and connected to rising and delivery system including Air compressor for working pressure 100 PSI at 1400 RPM, suitable capacity, to provide 6cft per minute air in the oxidation chamber and it shall be coupled with electric driven motor of capacity 2 HP 3 Phase 50 Hz 415 Volts, AC supply complete with DOL starter suitable for operate on 415 V, 3 phase of AC including provision of electric cable of suitable size and necessary electrical connection complete all as per specified by OEM or as directed by Engineer-in-chrage/ OC Contract and as per the drawing & particular specification.
