Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS :15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4Coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Deduct for not using 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) bedding in laying of floor tiles and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm.

Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477 in average 3mm thickness.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately).

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 fine Sand ).

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification.

New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Old work (one or more coats)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to dumping ground within 50 metres lead :

Disposal of materials like excavated earth, moorum, excavated rocks, building rubbish, malba, sludge etc. by mechanical transport to the dumping ground including loading, unloading, stacking, spreading and levelling etc. as per requirement within municiple limits complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Removal of chockage from C.I. / HDPE pipes and fittings SW pipes etc. upto gully traps cleaning and disposal of all types of rubbish and sludge as directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolishing cement concrete & CC Flooring manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

In cement mortar

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

Repairs to wooden / aluminium doors, windows etc. including dismantling and refixing the same with screws, or by welding if required hinges, etc. doing all the operation complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require:

R.C.C. Standards post/ struts/rails/ pales of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarsesand : 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) with wooden plugs or 6mm bar nibs wherever required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (cost of earth works in excavation, concrete works in foundation to be paid separately).

Fencing with R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs ixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C. posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for eparately) :- Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.

With G.I. barbed wire

Providing and fixing 300 mm R.C.C collar for exahaust fan opening including cutting brick wall in circular shape & fixing collar in walls with cement mortar 1:3 (1Cement:3 Coarse Sand) as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Repairing of collapsible channel gate including removing the same from site, replacing damaged bottom runner, roller, greasing the joints and refixing the same in proper position etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Repairing of entrance glazed door including removing the same from site, tightening the glass panes in wooden rails with fevicol SR-555 and Screws wherever required (The joints of glass and wood) and refixing the same in proper position including polishing the wooden frame with french sprit polish etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg., for doors, including cost of cutting floors ,embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

With stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness.
