CAPITAL WORKS OF SLUDGE MANAGEMENT PLANT- Design, Manufacturing, Supply, Erection, Installing & Commissioning of Sludge Management Plant as per Scope of works defined in Bid Document (Feed capacity-5tons/day at 20-22% solids consitency) at 5.0 MLD STP Chorpani, campus, Muni ki Reti.

Design and Construction of all Civil works including all RCC or Steel structures, platforms, supports etc complete in all respect.

OPERATION & MAINTENANCE OF SLUDGE MANAGEMENT PLANT

Annual O & M Prices of Sludge Management Plant (The cost included herein are the yearly cost for plant Operation & maintenance including fixed cost (Cost of Manpower to be deployed, General Maintenance of Civil Structures, preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of Mechanical equipment, Electrical items, Field & Laboratory Instruments, Supply of Chemicals / Glassware / Consumable fuel / Spares etc.) and Variable Cost (Including cost of Chemicals & Disposal of Plant Residuals viz. Screenings, Grits, Dewatered Sludge, etc) but excluding Popwer / Electricity and Fuel (HSD) for DG Operation charges

For 1st year (Please Note - This item not to be quoted less then 4% of the TOTAL of 1.0 and 1.01 above : Design Build etc. Work for STP)

For 2nd year - 105% on previous year

For 3rd year - 105% on previous year
