Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out mud complete all as directed

Excavating over areas exc 1.5 m deep , n exc 3.0m and getting out mud complete all as directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth in hard/ dense soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1.2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars 450mm dia

Renewing cement concrete tiles in patches, area n exc 5 sq.m. including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new or old cement concrete tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Boulder filling dry, handpacked tightly, as in wire crate apron bunds(size of the boulder not less than 200x200x150mm) Note:-Wire crate to be measured and paid for separately, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 150x100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing Steel water tubing "medium grade" Galvanized with screwed and socket joints, with all fittings such as tees, bends, unions, elbows, reducers etc fixed on walls/floors ,ceiling etc of bore 15 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing Steel water tubing "medium grade" Galvanized with screwed and socket joints, with all fittings such as tees, bends, unions, elbows, reducers etc fixed on walls/floors ,ceiling etc of bore 20 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 90 cm x 90 cm x 60 cm (internal diamensions) including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundation brick work in CM 1:4 ,15 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 internally and flush pointing externally in same mortar as the work proceeds, angle iron frame 40x40x6 mm ,with 3 mm thick MS sheet with 12 mm dia handle and locking arrangement (including lock and two keys) two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 120 cm x 120 cm x 200 cm depth (internal diamensions) including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundation brick work in CM 1:4 ,15 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 internally and flush pointing externally in same mortar as the work proceeds, angle iron frame 40x40x6 mm ,with 3 mm thick MS sheet with 12 mm dia handle and locking arrangement (including lock and two keys) and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting of GI Pipe line for reduction to required length for insertion of new tee branch pieces for taking branch connection of size 80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, fixing and installation of DOL starter for pump set 415 volt, 3 phase system, capacity 10 HP.

Supply, fixing and installation of non clog vertical submerible pumps with impeller and cutter , non - clog to pass 40 mm size particles, 3 phase AC supply, 1500 LPM discharge, 40 mtr head , 20 HP including guide rail and lifting chain.

Supply, fixing and installation of DOL starter for pump set 415 volt, 3 phase system having capacity 20 HP

Supply and fix valves, sluice , flanged at both ends of class PN 1.6 400 mm dia including cutting of MS/CI Pipe 400/350 mm , connecting MS pipe 400 mm at one side and 350 mm at other side including flanges as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing flexible steel pipe of length not less than 1.5 mtr length.

Material & labour for earthing galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below normal ground level) with top edge of earth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including galvanized steel strip 32 mm x 6 mm as earth lead upto equipment by means of steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, test point made of GI strip 40x8mm, 10cm long PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 in pit with precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in cover reinforced with XPM not less than 4 Kg per Sqm with 40mm bore GI light grade protection pipe, 20mm bore GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel including charcoal, dust, salt, all as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) Specifications, complete with necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr. On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.
