Supply of 30 W LED road lighting lumanarie consisting of single piece, integral, grey powder coated high pressure die-cast alminium housing, conecting strip, including power driver should having surge protection upto 8KV complete as required suitable for operation on 230 V, 50 Hz AC supply. (Surya SLE UL 30W IP66 NGN OR EQUIVALENT as per list of Preferred make) Remark: 05 years guarantee shall be provided for complete fitting including driver by OEM in favour of AAI.

Supply of 3.50 Meter Height hot dip galvanized octagonal poles with 130 mm Bottom dia , 70 mm top dia , 3 mm thick , base plate of size 200x200x 12 mm, having openable mechanism with L key set, with Single arm standard bracket (having 70 mm top) not less than 1500 mm length and made of 40 mm dia pipe having suitable nipple of size 32mm dia GI pipe to hold the fittings with tilt angle not more than 20 degree including in built arrangement for incoming cable termination with 63A 4P connector and 6A (B curve) SP MCB etc. complete as required as per EIC.

Installation of the 3.5 Meter Height GI street light poles with 04 nos foundation bolts of M16X450mm long J type EN 8 grade along with template with 1:1.5:3 Cement concrete (0.45 mtr X 0.45 mtr X 1.10 mtr) to the required depth as per special conditions(1cement :1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and necessary base concrete of 1:5:10 for 100mm thickness below the pole (1cement :5 fine sand:10graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) suitable finishing on surface above the ground level etc. complete as required including fixing of HDPE/DWC-HDPE pipe for cable entry.

Supply of wall mounted Light Arm made of 40 mm Dia 'B' class G.I pipe having suitable straight and bend of length min 1.0 meter, tilt angle not more than 20 degree suitable for installation of Street light fittings etc. complete as required.

Providing & fixing of IP-66 SMC box of size 155mm x 210mm x 92 mm on the existing wall, including providing & fixing 01 no. 6A SP MCB and 01 no. four pole connector, connections etc. complete as required. (Make: Hensel, Model No : DK1616 G or equivalent)

Installation of wall mounted Light Arm made of 40 mm Dia 'B' class G.I pipe having suitable straight and bend of length min 1.0 meter, tilt angle not more than 20 degree suitable for installation of Street light fittings with suitable clamps (min thickness 3 mm) and 04 nos. anchor fastner i/c fixing of SMC Box on wall for incoming and outgoing cable termination etc. complete as required.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LED (30 W) fitting on existing 3.50 mtr street light pole (straight and bend of length min 1.5 meter) with 3 x 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor round cable from cable looping box to fitting etc. complete as required.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LED (30 W) fitting on existing wall mounted Light Arm (straight and bend of length min 1.0 meter) with 3 x 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor round cable from SMC box to fitting etc. complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground ( 75 cm below ground level including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supplying and Laying of additional 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Providing, laying and fixing 80 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep) and re-filling etc as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangment and watering pipe etc. (with charcoal/coke and salt) as required.

Providing and laying earth conncection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.
