Tender for Installation and Fixing of Homogenous Vinyl Flooring at High Dose Therapy Ward at Nuclear Medicine Department at AIIMS Jodhpur.

Providing and fixing approved make 2.0 mm thick homogeneous vinyl flooring (Tarkett Somplan 380 or equivalent) having non-directional design with decorative chips, factory finished with PUR surface treatment, manufactured using phthalate-free plasticizers and 100 mm high matching PVC/Vinyl coving formed using the same homogeneous vinyl flooring with approved cove former and capping strip (where required)suitable for hospitals, laboratories, operation theatres, clean rooms and other healthcare facilities, complete as per the manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing Self Levelling Compound - for Linoleum/Vinyl flooring. Subfloor should be levelled using self-levelling compound up to average 3-4mm as recommended by the Linoleum/Vinyl Flooring manufacturer over and including a priming compound as recommended by the Linoleum/Vinyl sheet flooring manufacturer and installation team on I.P.S. / concrete/ tiling surface to provide a smooth & levelled surface for laying of Linoleum/Vinyl sheet flooring. The moisture present in the subfloor should be less than 8% before installation of the Linoleum/Vinyl flooring.

I / We hereby do agree to execute the work on Service charges in percentage above / below the amount given

1. I/We confirms that the above rates are firm and only service charges in percentage has been quoted.

2. If I/We will fail to comply any of the above said condition, my/our bid can summarily be rejected.

3. I/We have gone through the terms & conditions as stipulated in the tender and confirm to accept and abide the same.

4. I/We confirm that the above rates are inclusive of GST and taxes. GST will not be paid extra on tendered amount.

5. Special symbol should not be used while quotting the rate.
