Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in : Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with floating coat of neat cement slurry

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level (in RCC 1:1.5:3)

Steel Reinforcement for RCC Work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level . Thermomechanically treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etc and removal of form for Suspended floors, Roofs, Landings, Balconies and access platforms

Colour washing such as green blue or buff to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) with a basecoat of white washing with lime.

Providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion

Providing and fixing C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS : 8931 15 mm nominal bore
