Earth work in hill road (hill side cutting):- Excavation in hilly area for construction of road in all types of soils,rocks & E&B etc. As met at site , true to lines as per plan, L section , cross slope, super elevation as required , also including uprooting & cutting of bushes, dressing of road surface to the required level and slopes, with all lift, leads required for safe disposal of surplus excavated material at suitable dumping places indicated in drawing by mechanical means/manual means and including construction of required coolie walling of minimum height of 0.60mt. with stones available from the required hill side cutting for retaining the muck, without otherwise damaging the forest, forest land, utilities, private and public properties, including slip clearance and its safe disposal (same as per mentioned above for safe disposal of surplus excavated material), till the completion of work as per part II special condition of contract, MORD specifications Clause 1601, 1602 & 1603 and as per direction of engineer in charge.

Repairs of damages caused by rain/spillage of water, preparation and surface treatment of formation by removing mud and slurry filling ruts complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specifications for Rural Roads 2014 For subgrade prepration

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3. For making damaged Super elevation .

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5. For Shoulder filling.

Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408. Using Gravel mix soil

WBM Grading-2…..Manual Means Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes(63mm to 45 mm) to water bound macadam including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screenings (Type B-11.2 mm) and binding material to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 of MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

WBM Grading-3…..Manual Means Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes(53mm to 22.4 mm) to water bound macadam including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screenings (Type B-11.2 mm) to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 of MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014

Low porosity Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70- 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing laying and rolling of cold mixed open graded Premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm and 11.2 mm nominal size aggregates using cationic bitumen emulsion (Medium Setting MS Grade complying with IS:8887) to required line, grade and level serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity ,finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of type B as per MORD Specification clause 506.2

Providing and laying seal coat by Bituminous Emulsion (SS-2) as for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical specification Clause 508

Excavation in foundation for retaining & brest walls in all types of soils and rocks including lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in -charge.

Construction of R.R. stone masonary in cement mortar 1:5 including supply of all materials,labour, T&P,Royalty etc required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Construction of R.R. stone masonary laid dry including supply of all materials, labour,T&P & Royalty etc.required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm mesh (woven diagonally)including 10 per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 kg each (crate size 3.00m * 1.50m* 1.25m) as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

HP stone filling in back of structures including supply of all material, labour, T&P, royalty etc. required for proper completion as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards face complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

15 mm thick Plastering with 1:4 cement mortar

Pointing with 1:3 cement mortar

White washing two coats on parapet walls

Construction of Hill side Kutcha Trapezoidal drain as per drawing (Top 0.60m, Bottom 0.30m & Height 0.40 to 0.60m as per site)Construction of unlined surface drains of average cross-sectional area 0.40 sqm in soil& Ordinary Rock Construction of unlined surface to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions. Construction of parapet in RR stone masonry laid in 1:5, C/S mortar providing M20 cement concrete in top, plaster in 1:4 C/S mortar & flush pointing in 1:3 C/S mortar as required and specified in detailed drawing with white washing complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.(with & without base CC M10 )

Providing and laying of concrete for plain concrete for structures P.C.C grade M 20.

Supplying, cutting , and placing of HYSD bar reinforcement in substructure complete (IS1786:2008 clause no. 1.6) Steel shall not be from rerolling plants and shall conform to relevent IS Code including supply of all materials, labour,T&P, royalty etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge as per MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clauses 1000 and 1202 .(The reinforcement steel shall be as per clause no. 2011.3.1 of MORD specification (First Revision'2014) and IS 1786:2008 clause no. 1.6)

Providing and fixing of C.C edge stones 12cm *12cm*60cm size precast in M15 cement concrete with 4 nos. 8 mm dia HYSD vertical bars and 3 nos 6mm dia MS bar stirrups as per approved drawing including two coat white washing on valley side of formation as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Coolie walling including supply of all material, labour, T&P , royalty etc. required for proper completion of the work , as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as per PWD specifications 8.90

Semi Reflective Traffic Signs Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 1701.2.2

Providing & fixing of Maintenenance Board with PMGSY Logo at starting or prominent location (where maximum no. of citizens can view the detail of the road) as per attached standard drawing dully painted and written as per the MORD specification and direction of Engineer-in-chargeand Technical Specification Clause 1701.2.5 and Annexure 1700.1.

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703 Ordinary Kilometer Stone (Precast)

Providing and Fixing 'Logo' of PMGSY Project Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701.2.5 and Annexure 1700.1

Providing & fixing of PMGSY Logo Board at starting point, end point and every 2 Km distance of road length as per attached standard drawing duly painted and written as per MoRD specification and direction by Engineer in charge and Technical Specification Clause 1701.2.5 and Annexure 1700.1

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703 5th Kilometre Stone (precast)

Providing fixing of Citizen Information Board with PMGSY Logo at suitable place in the starting of the road as per attached standard drawing duly painted and written as per the MoRD specification and direction given by Engineer in charge and Technical Specification Clause 1701.2.5 and Annexure 1700.1

Direction and place indentification signs up to 0.9 sqm size board Providing and erecting direction and place identifications of semi reflective sign boards as per IRC:67 made of 2 mm thick M.S. Sheet duly stove enameled paint in white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective border of 70 mm width and required message, letters, figures with reflective engineering grade tape as per MORD specifications of required shade and colour. Supported and welded on 47 mm x 47mm of 12 SWG Square tube of 3050 mm height duly strengthened by 25 mm x 5 mm M/s flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed oundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701.2.5 and Annexure 1700.1

Constructoin of (200x200x300) mm size Reference/level pillars in RR Mud mortar stone masonary and plaster in 1:6 on three sides and top on each pegs (40 Nos./Km.) including white washing and letter writing supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper complection of work as per drawing & directed by engineer- incharge. Constructoin of (300x300x400) mm size Back Cutting pillars in RR mudmotor stone masonary and plaster in 1:6 on three sides and top in front of each level pillar (40 Nos./Km.) including white washing and letter writing supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper complection of work as per drawing & directed by engineer - incharge.
