Shifting of Aluminium Finished Products from (CH)-A & (CH)-B & RP Unit:- Shifting like cast Ingots, Sow ingots, Wire rods, Billets, Cast Strips, Rolling Plant products having Cast number, Stack/Coil No., weight and grade from different locations of CH(A)& B to specified locations of ware-house area of CH(A)& CH-(B) yards and stacking them according to their grade as directed by Supervisor/ Officer-in-charge . It is to be ensured that each shifting slip contains the contractor code no. and the particulars of cast no./stack/coil no. weight and grade of the products shifted to specified locations and certified by supervisor/officer-in-charge on trip basis for billing purpose.

Loading of Aluminium finished products of Cast House-A & Cast House-B & RP Unit into Trucks:- Loading of Aluminium finished products like Cast Ingots, Alloy ingots, Sow ingots, Wire Rods, Billets, Cast Strips, Rolling Plant products having Cast No., Stack No., weight and grade into Trucks as per prepared Truck loading slips and /or If required the loading slip to be prepared as per direction of supervisor/ Officer in -Charge of NALCO. Contractor has to ensure correct no. of pieces to be loaded as per standardized stacking pattern/ loading slips prepared. In case of CH(A) Ingot stacks it should be 49 pieces in each stack and in case of CH(B) it should be 44 pieces in each stack. In case of alloy ingot (10 Kgs. weight) stack it should be 57 pieces in each stack. Bundle No. in each stack to be written neatly/sticker pasting in case of Export. If any weight difference Truck is detected in NALCO Weigh Bridge. While cross checking the weight then all the stacks are to be unloaded/ reweighed/ reloaded as per instruction of the officer in-charge. Each loading slip should contain contractor code no. & certified by Supervisor/Officer-in-Charge for billing purpose. Contractor Hydra should be available at loading point till the correct weight is confirmed by the weighbridge for all the trucks.

Loading of Aluminium finished products into Wagons:- Loading of Aluminium finished products like Cast Ingots, Alloy Ingots, Sow ingots, Wire rods, Billets, Cast strips, Rolled products having Cast No. stack no. , weight and grade into Wagons within a Vicinity of 100 meters from loading point as per prepared wagon loading slips and/or if required the loading slips to be prepared as per the direction of Supervisor/Officer-in-charge of NALCO. Bundle number in each stack to be written neatly / sticker pasting in case of Export. The Contractor has to be ensuring correct no. of pieces to be loaded as per standardized stacking pattern/loading slips prepared. In case of CH (A) ingot stacks it should be 49 pieces in each stack and in case of CH (B) it should be 44 pieces in each stack. The loading slips must be verified by loading security personnel/Supervisor /Officer immediately after completion of loading with loading contractor code no. for Invoice/Billing purpose. The stacking of all Aluminium finished products inside Wagon should be as per prescribed Railway. Rules/ satisfaction of the CISF .If any deviation is found in loading it should be unloaded and reloaded as per direction of Officer - in - Charge. Contractor HYDRA should be available at loading point till the loading is completed in all respect. .
