Clearing jungle including up rooting of rank vegetation grass bush wood trees and sapling of girth upto 30 cm. measured at a height of 1 m above ground level & removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 mt. outside the periphery of the area cleared. (if however, only grass is met with the area will be measured and paid for under item 4001).

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation pipeline trenches drain (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sq.m. on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m. a)All kinds of soil

Demolishing cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mixincluding disposal of material within 50 m lead.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in:complete.a) All works upto plinth level

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for :a)Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in:complete. b)In retaining walls , return walls(any thk) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, Pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc, upto floor five level

Earthwork in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm depth(but exceeding 1.5 m width as well as 10 sq.m on plan) including disposal of excavated earth beyond work site for all leads lift disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in: B) Hard Soil

Providing and laying 6.00 cm thick canal lining of PCC 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt of 20mm nominal size ) with water proofing compound of approved quality, including ramming consolidating curing and finishing the surface with 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

Transportation and Carriage of various diameters R.C.C. full round pipes including collars from stack place at Quepem to site a)300mmØ half round RCC pipes

Conveying carefully from stack at site,250m from both sides rolling and lowering into trenches,laying and jointing tru to line and level,R.C.C. spun pressure and non pressure pipes of various classis,specials including collor and perfect linking of joints with jack to correct position including cost of jointing material in cement mortar 1:2 necessary hydraulic testing,curing of cement mortar etc complete. a)300mmØ full round RCC pipes

Laying in position and jointing true to line and level R.C.C. half round pipes of various diameters with cement mortar 1:2 ( 1cement:2fine sand ) including cleaning if any, in all leads and lifts,curing etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge. a)300mmØ half round RCC pipes

Cleaning and rectifying the old joints in HRP of various diameters including jointing the pipes true to line and level with cement mortar 1 : 2 ( 1 cement : 2 fine sand ) curing etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. a)300mmØ half round RCC pipes

Rectification to the joints of full round R.C.C. pipes including dismantalling the existing joints, removing the R.C.C collars, cleaning the pipe and rejointing the same with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) to true to line and level with jute soaked in cement paste, including curing, hydraulic testing etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge . b)600mmØ full round RCC pipes

12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)
