Closed timbering over areas Depth exceeding 3 m but not exceeding 4.5 m including strutting, shoring and packing cavities (wherever required) etc.complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge (Measurements to be taken of the face area timbered)

Supplying & laying of drainage composite for use behind walls, between two different fills, alongside drains of road, below concrete lining of canals etc. having thermobonding a draining core - HDPE geonet comprises of two sets of parallel overlayed ribs integrally connected to have a rhomboidal shape with a polyethylene film and a nonwoven geotextile having mass per unit area 130 gsm and tensile strength of 8.0 kN/m that will be working as separation or protecting layer, geocomposite having in plane flow capacity of 0.7 L / (m.s) at hydraulic gradient of 1.0 & 20 kPa pressure and tensile strength of 13.5 kN/m , with mass per unit area of 830 gsm, at easily accessible location including top and bottom, with all leads and lifts, manpower and machinery, materials, labour etc. complete and as directed by Engineer - In - Charge

Providing & making Gabion structure with Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS 16014:2012,MORTH Clause 2500, of required size, Mesh Type 10x12(D=100 mm with tolerance of ±2%), Zinic+10% Al alloy+PVC coated, Mesh wire diameter 2.7/3.7mm (ID/OD), mechanically edged/selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval (horizontal & Vertical layers) and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2/3.2mm(ID/OD), supplied @3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm, as per drawing, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Dry stone pitching with available hard stone 22.5 cm thick laid in courses and required profile with hammer dressed stones having no side less than 15 cm, with minimum depth of 20 cm including preparing the bedding surface etc. all complete as directed by the engineer in charge.- Compound Wall

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in foundation and plinth including laying, compacting, curing with materials, tools, labours etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering etc complete as directed by engineer in charge

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement all work up to plinth level,1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources complete as directed by the engineer in charge

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)including supply of all materials, tools, labours etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge

Providing and laying in position, Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form including supply of all labours, tools, materials and finishing etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Supply, fabrication, hoisting and placing in position Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more of approved brand (SAIL / TATA TISCO/ JSW) as per detailed drawing and specifications including cutting, bending and tying with 18 SWG binding wire complete for all heights and depths as directed etc. complete including supply of all labours, tools, materials etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.(Placed Measurement weight qty)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including supply of all materials, tools, labours etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural source).in coping of compound wall and main gate pillars, up to floor five level including supply of all materials, tools, labours etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge including supply of all labours, tools, materials, etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of broken glass pieces on top of the compound wall / Coping with cement mortar 1 : 2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) and finishing etc. complete including supply of all labours, materials, tools etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Applying priming coats with water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade etc. wherever required including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with 1st quality Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade (Asian/ Snowcem/ Berger) on new work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm) at all heights to give an even shade etc. wherever required including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Supply of potable water for construction work, curing work and daily use of work party at Luhara point Lighthouse site including cost of water, transportation by tanker, storage as and wherever directed. (For Item no 7 to 19)
