Wiring for light / fan points with 1.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class ivory coloured PVC conduit with modular switch, modular plate, suitable G. I box earthing the point with 1.5 sq mm green coloured FRLS PVC insulatd copper conductor single core cable etc, as required. (Group C)

Supplying and fixing of 20 mm medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing of 25 mm medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and drawing 3 x 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and drawing 3 numbers 2.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable (Red, Black & Green) in existing surface / recessed PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing 1/2 module, GI box alongwith modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5/6 A modular switch on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 20 A modular DP switch with indicator on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 modular socket outlet and 5/6 A modular switch, connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing two module stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supply of box type tube fittings (Batten & T8 LED Tube), complete with side holders and 18/20 watt 4 feet T8 LED tube etc, as required. ( crompton IGP161LT8-16 & LT8-20-865-2)

Supply and fixing of recess mounting 1X4, 36 W, 4300 lm, 6500K, CRI >80, Efficacy >126 lm/watt, THD <30% cool white LED luminaire with white flat light opal diffuser, white powder coated CRCA sheet housing with LEDs complete with all accessories ( including suitable size powder coated aluminium frame and addditional vertical support to the frame ) etc, as required. (Philips -RC380B LED43S-6500 G5 L3W12 PSU OD) *** Bidder should submit OEM warranty certificate minimum 02 year or above along with supply of product a site.

Supply and fixing of recess mounting type (square type),1x1or nearest size of 15 W, 1500 lm, 5700K, CRI >80, Efficacy >100 lm/watt, THD <10% cool white LED luminaire with white flat light opal diffuser, Robust PDC aluminum housing with LEDs complete with all accessories etc, as required. *** Bidder should submit OEM warranty certificate minimum 02 year or above along with supply of product a site.

Installation, testing & commissioning of prewired LED fittings, complete with all accessories and tubes etc. directly on ceiling / wall, including connections with required length of 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated and sheathed 3 core round flexible copper wire etc, as required.

Supply of 28W 1200 mm sweep 5 Star rated BLDC ceiling fan with input voltage range (140-285V), 380 rpm, Air delivery 235 m3/min, regulator supported type, Aluminium Blade material ,white colour,with 3 years onsite warranty, conforming to IS:374:2019 latest ( Atomberg Efficio) *** Bidder should submit OEM warranty certificate minimum 02 year or above along with supply of product a site.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring down rod upto the required length with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 8/10 mm "S" type steel fan hook making good the damages etc. as required

Supplying and fixing modular blanking plate on the existing modular plate & switch box excluding modular plate as required.

Supply and fixing of 400 mm sweep wall fan, with three speed positions with pulling cord and giving connections etc. as required.

Charges for removing the existing light fittings / fans making good the damages of the wall / floor including painting other accessories without any damage and conveyance of the material to the godown etc, as required.

Supplying and fixing extra conduit down rod of 20 cm length G.I. pipe 15 mm dia, heavy gauge including painting etc. as required.
