A. Tri-lobe Roots Blowers – 2 Nos. (Both Working – No Standby)
Positive displacement Tri-lobe Roots type blowers suitable for continuous 24×7 operation, FAD 400 Nm³/h each, Discharge Pressure 0.60 bar g, Direct coupled with TEFC Squirrel Cage Induction Motor (IE3/IE4, Class F, IP55, approx. 30–37.5 kW / 40–50 HP), VFD of reputed make (ABB / Siemens / Delta or equivalent), complete with Inlet Filter with Silencer, Discharge Silencer, NRV, Pressure Gauge/Transmitter, Base Frame with Anti-vibration Mounts, Flexible Coupling, VFD Panel with protections, Foundation Bolts etc. as per Technical Data Sheet – Tri-lobe Roots Blower (Part-A & Part-B). Performance testing as per BS 1571 / ISO 1217. Preferred makes: Swam Pneumatics / Everest Blowers / Kay International / TMVT / Aerzen / Atlas Copco or equivalent reputed make meeting all eligibility criteria.
B. Coarse Bubble Diffusers – 80 Nos.
Disc Type / Tube Type Coarse Bubble Diffusers – 80 Nos. (35 Nos. per tank + 10 Nos. for Wet Well), Air Flow 8–12 m³/h (Design 10 m³/h), Operating Pressure 3.0–4.0 mWC at 3.20 m submergence, OTE 6–10%, Bubble Size 5–10 mm, EPDM membrane (UV & ozone resistant), Body/Frame of SS 316, Non-Return Feature. Recommended makes: PACT / Thermax / SSI Aeration or equivalent, complete as per Technical Data Sheet – Coarse Bubble Diffusers.
C. Stainless Steel (SS) Grid Piping System (2 Tanks + Wet Well)
Complete SS Grid Piping System (SS 304 or SS 316) for two circular tanks (12 m dia each) and Wet Well, Grid Elevation 0.30 m above tank base (Submergence 3.20 m), Radial + Peripheral Ring Type, including Central Header 100 mm NB (min. 20 Rmt), Radial Laterals 50 mm NB (min. 130 Rmt), Peripheral Ring 80 mm NB (min. 100 Rmt), Total SS Pipe min. 250 Rmt, SS Supports & Anchor Bolts, Butterfly Valves 50 mm – 8 Nos., Sluice Valve 250 mm – 1 No. Pipe Standard ASTM A312 / IS 6911, TIG welding + Flanged joints, Hydrostatic testing at 1.5 times working pressure. Pipe Make: Jindal / Ratnamani / Equivalent. Complete fabrication, installation, alignment and testing as per approved drawings. Performance guarantee 12 months. All as per Technical Specification – SS Grid System. | 2 | Providing, supplying, installation, testing, commissioning and handing over of 125 kVA / 100 kW Diesel Generator Set (Prime / Continuous Rating) complete with Acoustic Enclosure, AMF Panel, Fuel Tank, Battery, Foundation and DG Shed for backup power to Aeration Blowers & Control System of 1.0 MLD STP Bhunter as per Technical Data Sheet No-2 and Specifications, complete in all respects, including the following:
A. Diesel Generator Set – 1 No. (125 kVA / 100 kW)
Engine: 4-Stroke, Multi-cylinder, Water Cooled Diesel Engine (Cummins / Kirloskar Green / Perkins / Ashok Leyland or equivalent/superior), Rated Power suitable for 125 kVA at 1500 RPM, Electronic Governor, 12V/24V Electric Start with Battery & Charging Alternator, Forced feed lubrication, HSD fuel.
Alternator: Brushless, Self-excited, Self-regulated (Stamford / Leroy Somer / Kirloskar or equivalent/superior), 125 kVA / 100 kW, 415 V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50 Hz, 0.8 lagging PF, Class H Insulation, IP23 Enclosure, Voltage Regulation ±1% or better, Waveform Distortion < 5%.
B. AMF Control Panel & Accessories
AMF (Auto Mains Failure) Panel with Digital Controller – Auto start on mains failure, Auto stop on mains restoration, Manual mode. Display: Voltage, Current, Frequency, kW, kVA, PF, Engine parameters. Protections: Overload, Under/Over voltage, Under/Over frequency, Low oil pressure, High coolant temperature, Over speed, Emergency stop. Built-in automatic battery charger. Acoustic Enclosure: Sound attenuated canopy, Sound level ≤ 75 dB(A) at 1 m. Fuel Tank: Built-in / External with minimum 8–12 hours running capacity. Base Frame: Fabricated MS with anti-vibration mounts. Exhaust: Residential type silencer with flexible bellow. Battery: Maintenance free of adequate capacity. First fill of oil & coolant included. Earthing & allied wiring as per IS standards.
C. DG Foundation (Minimum Size 4.50 m × 2.20 m × 0.45 m)
Excavation to required depth, 200 mm thick PCC of M10 (1:3:6), 350 mm thick RCC of M20 (1:1½:3) with 12 mm dia TMT bars (Fe 500 / Fe 500D) @ 150–200 mm c/c both ways in two layers (top & bottom), 50 mm cover on sides/bottom & 40 mm on top. Foundation bolts fixed with template as per manufacturer’s drawing. Top surface finished smooth & level with slight slope for drainage. Cable entry sleeve, earthing provision. Curing 7–10 days. Anti-vibration pads between base frame and foundation. Final size & bolt positions as per manufacturer’s approved foundation drawing. Cement OPC 43/53 Grade, aggregates as per IS 383, water as per IS 456. All as per Technical Data Sheet No-2 (Clause 3.5).
D. DG Shed (Overall Size 6.00 m × 4.00 m, Clear Height 3.00 m min.)
Gable / Mono-slope roof structure of Square Hollow Section (SHS) conforming to IS 4923: Vertical Posts SHS 80×80×3.2 mm – 8 Nos., Main Truss SHS 65×65×3.2 mm – 4 Nos., Rafters SHS 50×50×3.2 mm (spacing 1.0–1.2 m c/c), Bottom Tie / Side Girts SHS 50×50×2.6 mm, Base Plates 200×200×10/12 mm with foundation bolts. Roof: Trapezoidal / Colour Coated Profiled Sheet (PPGI / Galvalume), TCT 0.45 mm min., Zinc coating 120–150 gsm, Colour as approved (Tata BlueScope / JSW / Bhushan or equivalent). Continuous fillet welding by qualified welders. Surface preparation + one coat Zinc Chromate primer + two coats synthetic enamel / epoxy paint (DFT 80–100 microns). Structure aligned, plumbed and braced. All as per IS 800, IS 875, IS 2062 and Technical Data Sheet No-2 (Clause 4).
Scope includes complete earthing, cable sizing from DG to blower control panel, altitude derating confirmation for Bhunter site, CPCB emission & noise compliance, Installation, Testing & Commissioning. Performance Guarantee: 12 months from successful commissioning or 1500 running hours, whichever is earlier. Rates inclusive of all materials, labour, tools & plants, transportation, taxes & GST complete as per Technical Data Sheet No-2,scope of work and special conditions of contract and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. | 1 | Job | - | - |
