M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb or mud stop, rounded or chamfered on edges incuding necessary form works etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of flooring, etc and finished the surface even and smooth with using extra cement and mix with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC will be measured and paid seperately as supply)

M & L for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore, Steel tubing and connections and keeping serviceable pipes in safe custody for reuse in the work after and including cleaning as directed.

Taking up or down 25 or 32 mm bore, Steel tubing and connections and keeping serviceable pipes in safe custody for reuse in the work after and including cleaning as directed.

S & F in repairs copper tube with excellent heat-transfer characteristics, anti microbial properties of size 1/2 inch of 23 Guage complete including brazing for solar water panel flat plate collector complete all as specified and as directed. (Note for serial item Nos 01 to 42 above: The work has to be carried out in roof top of upto 3rd floor building without stair case(non accessible roof) and the rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of necessary provision for this aspect accordingly)

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two layers, 10 mm in CM 1:6 and 5 mm in 1:4 with using WPC on brick or concrete surface including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M& L For Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion withanti fungal properties weather coat paint over of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster , any description on brick or stone walls , etc including raking out joints , hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Lagging to 25 mm pipes used in Internal/External solar water supply or plumbing all round with, 25min thick bonded mineral wool preformed ‘SNAP ON’ pipe sections of density 144 Kg/cum conforming to IS 9842 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of mild steel or wrought iron work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.
