Manning & maintenance of 66KV grid sub-station, yard and control room with 66KV incoming and 11KV outgoing supply by providing 01 (one) male helper / mazdoor in 01 (one) shift of 8hours each (0900 to 1700hrs) on all days including Sundays and holidays complete all as specified, detailed hereinafter and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Manning & Operation of MAFI sub-station 1 (PS-1) (comprising of different equipments) with 11KV incoming and 11KV/415V outgoing supply by providing 01 (one) qualified ITI holder (with minimum 2years experience) in 03 (three) shifts of 8hours each (round the clock 24hrsx3 shifts = 3 ITI holders) on all days including Sundays and holidays complete all as specified, detailed hereinafter and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Manning & Operation of MAFI sub-station 2 (PS-2) (comprising of different equipments) with 11KV incoming and 11KV/415V outgoing supply including 160kVA DG set by providing 01 (one) qualified ITI holder (with minimum 2years experience) in 03 (three) shifts of 8hours each (round the clock 24hrsx3 shifts = 3 ITI holders) on all days including Sundays and holidays complete all as specified, detailed hereinafter and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Manning & Operation of 601SU sub-station (comprising of different equipments) with 11KV incoming and 11KV/415V outgoing supply by providing 01 (one) qualified ITI holder (with minimum 2years experience) in 03 (three) shifts of 8hours each (round the clock 24hrsx3 shifts = 3 ITI holders) on all days including Sundays and holidays complete all as specified, detailed hereinafter and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Manning & Operation of NGLGK substation with 1No. DG set 250kV including operation of LT panels, AMF panels by providing 01 (one) skilled ITI/FGM, in 02 (two) shifts of 8hours each (0800 to 1600hrs & 1600hrs to 2400hrs) = 2 ITI/FGMs on all days including Sundays and holidays complete all as specified, detailed hereinafter and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Notes for serial item Nos. 1 to 7: (i) The timings for each shift shall be as decided by the Engineer-in-charge. No claim whatsoever on this aspect is admissible (ii) The minimum wages as derived by the Deartment including all statutory provision such as ESIC, Bonus, GST, taxes, etc. except the Contractor's profit for skilled person works out to Rs. 762/-per person per shift and for un-skilled person Rs. 597/- per person per shift (iii) Bidder has to upload an signed undertaking in firm's letter head confirming that he has not quoted his rates lower than the derived minimum rates of the Department. Bids not accompanied with such undertaking shall not qualify for opening of the price bids. As applicable, his tender will be treated as 'NON BONAFIDE' if found at any stage and will not be considered for acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined by the lowest amount amongst valid / bonafide bids only.

(iii) However increased minimum fair wages as notified time to time by the Government of India / State Government / Local bodies / Labour Regulations whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESI, Bonus, taxes, etc. as applicable, irrespective of derived minimum wages as above (v) Increased wages including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions shall be paid to the workers by the Contractor. No other claim whatsoever shall be admissible on this account and the bidders shall note this aspect and quote their rates accordingly. It must be noted that in compliance of all statutory provisions, the increase shall be passed over to the workers

Notes for serial item Nos. 4 to 7: (i) The operator placed shall be responsible to attent all complaints of LT/HT OH/UG lines, LT panels, VBCs, DG set, transformers, etc. concerned to the location as directed (ii) Conveyance/vehicle for moving around of the staff employed on such occassions shall be provided by the Contractor (iii) A penalty of Rs. 500/- per complaint shall be imposed on non-attending of such complaints as directed. Such penalties shall be recovered immediately from corrosponding RARs/FB of the Contractor. Notes for item No. 6: (i) The skilled trade men/electricians will be fully reponsible to attend all the complaint of electric of LT/HT OH/UG cables/ LT Panels/VCB/ DG set panel/VCB/Transformers, etc. repair of street lights of any type of 601SU/BD-III and 702SU. (ii) The skilled tradesmen / electricians will also be fully responsible to attend fault of HT OH line/under ground cable from ESC power house to 601SU sub station including minor item like siutable rating drop out fuse, jumpers, HT insulators (pin/disc type), required T&P (iii) The convenyance/ two wheeler will be arranged by the Contractor for to attending to complaints. In the event of the complaint remaining pending for more than 3hrs a penalty of Rs. 500/- per complaint will be imposed and this will be decided by the Engineer-in-Charge and his decision will be final and binding. In case of disputes the same shall be referred to the GE and his decision then will be binding and conclusive.

M&L for servicing & calibrating damaged / faulty (overload current/ earth fault, etc.) VCBs of any make, at site on location, immediately on situation of any fault, and restoring funcionality with and including replacing of minor parts viz. HRC fuses, indicator lamps, control wiring, etc. oiling, greasing, cleaning with blower from inner and outer sides, decarburizing of the links with CRC spray, etc. checking serviceability complete all as specified and as directed Notes: (i) Work of overhauling, servicing, testing, etc. shall be got done through Engineer/ Technician of manufacturer (ii) Overhauling & servicing shall be done to the tune of complete serviceability / functionality of the VCB (iii) All costs of technician/Engineer on hire, minor spares, any sort of conveyance of man and material, testing & calibrating equipment, etc. shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate (iv) The job shall be done in periodicity of 6 months, i.e. 1st servicing shall be done within 3 months from the date of commencement of work

M&L for disconnecting electric connection of underground HT, XLPE cable, 11KV, 95sqmm to 300sqmm from both sides and locating faults therein with modern fault locating / detector machine/equipment in the entire length, removing moisture from HT cable charging the HT cable by expert technicians and reconnecting and commissioing and testing of cable complete all as specified and as dirtected Note: Work will be executed after obtaining proper shutdown from main power house with all safety measures as per requirements. Prior intimation for the same shall be given and permission shall be obtained from the Engineer-in-charge
