Outsourcing for operation of installation 33KV main receiving sub station min one electrician( Skilled) and one helper (unskilled) per shift, in three shifts per day of 8 hours each, for seven days in a week. to operate and comprhensive maintenance of the following equipment installed and also to assist MES personnel to carryout repair / maintenance of 11KV HT Bus coupler with GOD system and outgoing feeders within power house complex, Step down transformer 5000KVA 33KV/11KV AC 50Hz -02 Nos. including connecting equipments such as isolators with earth switch - 1No, Isolator without earth switch - 2Nos, CT and PTs - 2 sets, VCB outdoor type -2 Nos, VCB control panel - 3Nos and associated control equipment / wiring all as existing at site Note :- (a) The helper shall have the work experience in HT sub station. (b) The contractor shall provide HT safety equipment and tools suitable for HT installation. (c) Contractor shall be fully responsible for the staff deployed and maintain safety precaution. (d) All other notes indicated in Sch 'A' shall also be equaly applicable to this item Note : (i) Rate quoted against item no 1.1 to 1.6 shall be inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies as applicable and GST (ii) Payent against each item (1.1 to 1.6) will be released only after submission of authentic document as proof of payment.

Basic rate including Dearness allowance NOTE : (i) Quoted rate shall not be less than the min wage (higher of min wage published by center / state as on the last date of bid submission end date) (ii) The quoted rate is inclusive of employee contribution of EPF and ESI as per EPF act 1952 and ESI act 1948, as ammended from time to time

EPF (Employer contribution as per EPF act 1952, as ammended from time to time) current contribution is 13 %

ESI (Employer contribution as per ESI act 1948, as ammended from time to time) current contribution is 3.25 %

Contribution towadrs Bonus (as per Bonus act 1965, as ammended from time to time) current contribution is 8.33 % of gross salary

Overhead and profit

Labour welfare cess (min 1%) on sum of Basic, EPF, ESI ,Bonus and profit.

Outsourcing for attending Electrical breakdown of HT/ LT overheads lines,Under ground cables ,various substation with min one electrician( Skilled) and two helper (unskilled) per shift, in three shifts per day of 8 hours each, for seven days in a week,comprising of checking, testing and taking out, replacing of off sizes insulators,fuses, ACSR, restring of conductors etc. all as required at site complete all as directed Note:- (i)Contractor shall provide the requisite to and their operators for attending complaints at his own end (ii)Department /MES will issue the fittings/fixtures /material free for fixing for attending the complaints where material to be replaced (iII) Material/equipment though retrived during repair/replacement shall be contractor's property which are considered in schedule of credit, any item not catered in Sch of scedit ,such old material shall be returned by the contractor shall be sotred in the AGE E/M store yard being Govt property . (Iv) After attending the particular complaint, contractor Man power shall report to JE concern to submit the compliance report regarding satisfactory attending the complaints Note : (i) Rate quoted against item no 2.1 to 2.6 shall be inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies as applicable and GST (ii) Payent against each item (2.1 to 2.6) will be released only after submission of authentic document as proof of payment.
