Note 1: (Applicable for all parts/items) : The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document, all drawings & all corrigendum/amendments and general condition of contracts before entry/quoting the rates. Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

Labour only for carrying out Maintenance/servicing of DG set of various capacity as indicated below as directed by Engr- in -charge for the following capacity of Make:- Kirloskar/Bliss/Mahindra & Mahindra/etc. Note: (I) Maintenance of DG set to be carried out as per manufacturers instructions or as requirement by qualified service engineer . (II) Materials/Spare parts/Lub oil required for above maintenance shall be measured and paid seperately under repective items as "Supply only Materials".

Supply only of Lub Oil of specific grade (20W40 or Eqv.) for carrying maintenance under SL No-1 above or on requirement basis. Make-Kirloskar/ Servo pride(IOC)/Castrol/Veedol or Equivalent any make / recommended by manufacturer..

Supply only of Premix Coolent of radiater water for carrying maintenance under SL No-1 above or on requirement basis.Make Bharat/Greaves or Equivalent any make / recommended by manufacturer

Supply only for filling of Distilled Water for Batttery for carrying maintenance under Sl No -1 above or on requirement basis.

Supply only of Lub Oil filter(Mobil oil) element with 'O' ring, for carrying maintenance for the DG set of various capacities and make as indicated below:-

Supply only of Fuel filter (Diesel filter) element with 'O' ring, for carrying maintenance for the DG set of various capacities as indicated below:-

Supply only of Air filter element and Vaccutator Valve for air cleaner for maintenance for the DG set of various capacities as indicated below:-

Takingdown worn out and Replacement of Fan Belt for dynamo for the following DG Sets:-

Taking down and replacement of Radiator Fan Belt of the following DG set:-

a) 100 KVA DG set

Takingout and repair / Maintenance of Water Pump Including replacement of complete assembly as Gasket, Bearing,Hose pipe, rubber seal & clamp etc of following DG Sets:-

a) 100 KVA DG set

b) 62.5 KVA DG set

d) 30 KVA DG Set

e) 15 KVA DG Set

M&L for takingout and replacement of Indicator lamp for R-Y-B phase.

Supply only rubber hose pipe set (Hose oil/Hose radiator/CR Hose/Makeup Hose) suitable for DG sets of capacity ranging from 15 KVA to 30 KVA all as per existing sample with GI clamps and Nut bolt, washers for DG set complete all as directed.

Supply only rubber hose pipe set (Hose oil/Hose radiator/CR Hose/Makeup Hose) suitable for DG sets of capacity ranging from 62.5 KVA to 100 KVA all as per existing sample with GI clamps and Nut bolt, washers for DG set complete all as directed.

M & L for complete overhauling of 100 KVA DG Set, Make :Kirloskar Electric Model:- Bliss, by opening and dismantling of cylinder head and connected accessories etc after complete of work including re-assemblying the head and tapit valve setting etc, repalcing the complete gasket set etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note :-(i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this sch . (ii) Minor spare parts, which are essential for carrying out repair works but specifically not included in the description of item shall also deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) The rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of cleaning using chemicals, cutting, grinding, rematling, polishing, and lathe work required if any . Supply only Following spare parts.

Takingout burnt/unservieable self starter and refixing after necessary repair including replacement of carbon brushes, brush holder, bearings, solenoid coil, replacement of burnt armature, rewinding of coils, replacement of pinion gears etc for the DG set of capacity 15 KVA.

As per item no 19 but for the DG set of capacity 30 KVA.

As per item no 19 but for the DG set of capacity 62.5 KVA.

Takingout burnt/unservieable Dynamo and refixing after necessary repair including replacement Main coil, axuilary coil and carbon brush etc for the DG set of capacity 100 KVA.

As per item no 23 but for the DG set of capacity 62.5 KVA.

As per item no 23 but for the DG set of capacity 30 KVA.

As per item no 23 but for the DG set of capacity 15 KVA.

Takingout burnt/unservieable alternator assembly and refixing after necessary repair including replacing burnt winding of main stator/main field(rotor) with existing size coil of high quality including repair of alternator shaft and lathe work, replacing ball bearing/bushes carbon brush etc for the DG set of capacity 100 KVA.

As per item no 24 but for the DG set of capacity 62.5 KVA.

As per item no 24 but for the DG set of capacity 30 KVA.

M&L for fixing the asbestos rope on silencer of DG set of various capacity including cladding with asbestos powder over wire mesh.

Labour for cleaning ( twice during contract period in each DG set) of DG set fuel tank of capacity upto 100 KVA by draining out residual oil and removal of sludge from bottom of the tank complete all as directed.

M&L for Replacement of voltage regulator device for the DG set of capacity 62 to 100 KVA of Make- Kirloskar/Kirloskar Green or Equivalent

Reparing/Overhauling & calibration fuel injection point with injection of 100 KVA all as specified and directed by EIC and manufacturer instruction.

Reparing/Overhauling & calibration fuel injection point with injection of 62.5 KVA all as specified and directed by EIC and manufacturer instruction.

M&L for Dismantling the radiator from 30 KVA DG set after removing hose pipe connection, nut, bolts etc and taking out the same to civil workshop for repair and descaling of radiator using descaling chemical , remove mud/deposit on fins and copper tubes including brazing of copper tubes, replacement of cover etc all as directed.

All as per srl item No 24 here-in-before but for DG Capacity 62.5 KVA.

S & F Exhust bellow with gas kit for 62 to 100 KVA DG set including taking down old U/s complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling the fan assy from DG (62.5 KVA to 100 KVA) set after removing of nut, bolts etc and taking out the same to civil workshop for repair and replacement of u/s bearing etc all as directed .

M&L for dismantling the fan assy from DG (15 KVA to 30 KVA) set after removing of nut, bolts etc and taking out the same to civil workshop for repair and replacement of u/s bearing etc all as directed.

S & F roof trusses (framed) and post , trussed , purlins , rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam , tee ,angle , channel or flat section) including distance pieces MS screw nut bolts heavy duty and fastining arrangement etc using FE-410 W ( Grade E-250 quality A ) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based trapezoid profile steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall , fixed with self tapping screws complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Providing and laying cement concrete in foundation , filling mass concrete using type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) including excavation and removal of soil at site complete all as specifioed and directed.

Supply and fixing, in replacement battery lead in red & Black colour PVC insulated, multi stranded copper single core cable of suitable size for 15 to 100 KVA DG sets , 1100 volts grade,1.5 mtr long fitted including brass bty terminal at one end and copper thimble of suitable at other end ,complete all as directed.

Labour only for attending breakdowns of DG sets/ panels through skilled technician or reputed service centre technician of DG sets with necessary tool kits, checking minor fault in Engine and alternator , carryout necessary repairs works to rectify the defects without major overhauling/opening of Engine or Alternators, replace of external spare to repair/rectify the defects and testing DG set for its smooth functioning on full load complete all as directed. Note : 1. Necessary spares required to rectify the defects shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relavant items. 2. The complaint shall be attended and rectifed within 24 hours from time of reporting by Engr-in-Charge or his authorised representative. 3. Any Major defects shall be reported on priority to Engr-in-Charge to avoid undue delay in functioning of installation.

S & F electrical insulated rubber mat of 1800 mm x 900 mm x 20 mm size complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of MCCB, 4 pole, 415 volt, 125 Amps capacity with ruptring capacity 36 KA, adjustable with electro-magnetic tripping system against over load and short circuit conditions incl taking down of old unsv MCCB from the existing panel complete all as specified and directed. Make :- L&T/Havells or equivalent in Seimens/legrand.

Supply and fixing of MCCB, 4 pole, 415 volt, 200 Amps capacity with ruptring capacity 36 KA, adjustable with electro-magnetic tripping system against over load and short circuit conditions incl taking down of old unsv MCCB from the existing panel complete all as specified and directed. Make :- L&T/Havells or equivalent in Seimens/legrand.

M & L for replacement of voltmeter(LED/Digital) 0-500 volt range as per sample.

M & L for replacement of Ampere meter (LED/Digital) 0-300 amp range as per sample.
