Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Contract period will be for 36 months subjected to review of performance of the Contractor. Contract is liable for termination at anytime prior notice of 30 days from Chief Officer, TMC Vijayapura

Tenderer Should quote their service charge in Rupees only.

Wrongly quoting of Financial Bid shall be liable for rejection.

Tender called for only service charges only. Minimum wages and ESI, PF will be paid on monthly bill additionally as per prevailing Govt orders
