Topographical Survey A: Topographic survey capturing all natural/man mad features as, nalla, Major Trees ,wells, electric poles, hand pump, tube well, Religious structures, fencing, boundary wall, Building with nature of use, as Govt. Sami Govt, Industrial shade etc, Land marks, village boundary, name of structure, water body, open area mentioning Scrubs, agriculture, barren land, Bund Cultivation, bridges, culvert, all above features , Text should drawn in layers. Maps should be prepared in 1:2000 Scale Showing grid coordinate at every 100m interval , Preparation of location plan of site Showing all major Point as air port, Railway Station, Bus stand etc B: Contour lines will be recorded from the ground by direct method, Contourpoint will be collected at every 10 meter or as directed by engineer in charge looking to site condition 400

Demarcation of final layout at site,i.e. Marking of plot boundary, Roads, Junction, Rotary & fixing of Level at an interval of 0.50

Providing & Fixing of boundary stone for individual land parcels as per following specification: 1. Excavation up to 0.75 mts depth 450mm x 450 mm 2. Providing & Fixing of concrete RCC pipe 150 mm Dia of the length of 1.00 mts filled with M10 Concrete and embedded all around out side concrete in the excavated pit & top of pipe should be finished with 1: 3 cement mortar. The RCC pipe should be 0.65 mts below Ground & 0.35 Mts above Ground 3.Final plot Numbering on RCC Pipe pillar & Level marking including cost of labor, material etc complete

Providing and fixing 150 mm x 150 mm x 1200 mm size cut hard stone pillars for grid station with 500 mm below GL and 700 mm above ground (Above ground portion painted with red color ) all complete including all bye works like excavation, fixing etc. as per specification and instructions of Engineer. including cost of labor, material etc complete.

Construction of 500 x 500 x 1500 mm size permanent pillars (permanent bench mark) in RCC in mix proportion 1:1.5:3 with 20mm down size graded stone aggregate with 1000 mm below ground level and 500 mm above ground including fixing of MS plate 200 x 200 x 10 mm thick, all complete and a base PCC of 1:3:6 grade 75mm thick, and 100mm offset as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer. The reduced level of the top of and co-ordinates with respect to survey grid shall be engraved clearly on the top of the bench mark pillar. The top surface of MS plate shall be painted with anticorrosive paint. The Northing as well as Easting of the location shall also be marked on the pillar, or as directed by Engineer - In - Charge. (Material for MS plates etc., shall conform to IS: 2062). including cost of labor, material etc complete.
