Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 16-18 mm thick of size not less than 550 mm X 550 mm as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, as in floor etc, laid over and including 15mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete, all as specified.

Machine cut kota stone slab 16-18 mm thick as per sample kept in GE’s office, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado/riser to steps laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, laid over and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-5 nominal mix, E-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, as in sub base layer under floors, sunken floor, all as specified.

75mm thick Plain cement concrete M-7.5 nominal mix, D-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in padding over roof/chajja top slab , 50mm thick, finished even and fair complete all as specified.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushion, joints of tiles filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

Coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles machine pressed of size 25cmx25cmx 22mm thick with grey cement, set jointed & pointed with coloured cememt in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

75mm thick Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in alternate panels n. exc 1.20 sqm Each finished even and fair, complete all as specified. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-0, using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in floors, 25mm thick, surface finished even and fair to receive top surface, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 50mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

PCC M-15, nominal mix, B-0 using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as, in lintels up to 1.5 metre clear span cuts, steps seismic and other similar bends, coping, bands plates for serving hold fasts etc. and the like including weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified. Note:- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Brick work with old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified.

All as per Serial Item No 34 above but except bricks, all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC , all as specified. Note :- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

Rendering plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand) on other than fair faces of brick wall or stone wall surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) on ceiling, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered surface of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

APP (Atactic Poly-propylene polymer) modified membranes, five layered, 3mm thick weighing not less than 3.00 kg/ Sqm, having a centre core of polyester non-woven mat (FP) reinforcement dipped into APP modified mix and sealing all the over laps 75mm on length side and 100mm on width side of membranes by torching as per manufacture's instructions .Applying a coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS: 3384-1986 over plastered surfaces @ 0.40 litres/ Sqm of density 087-0.89kg/ litres at 25° C and viscosity 70-160CPS (Bitumen primer shall be of same make as of memebrane) including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified & directed.only after applying evenly a coat of bitumen VG-10 grade @ 1.20 kg per sqm on the bottom of APP and on top of joints of APP and applyinbg a coat of aluminium paint over APP ,membrance complete all as specified.
