Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Precision air conditioning units

Precision Air Conditioning Unit : • Bottom discharge , Single Circuit 4.8 TR Actual Capacity (at design condition of 44 Deg C ambient). • In Built Humidity control function (dehumidification / humidification) Relative humidity : 50% variation shall not exceed +/-5% at AC suction point. • Optimal temperature of 24 ° C ±1° at AC suction point • Design for operation at high ambient of 47 deg C DBT and at low ambient of up to -5 deg C DB temperatures. . Unit should have Fan Speed Controller in indoor unit to ensure all condenser fan speed is variable in accordance to the Ambient Conditions. (On/Off method is not allowed) • PAC should have Scroll Compressor operating on R410A / R134A Refrigerant , Electronic Expansion Valve, Liquid Receiver, Liquid Line Solenoid Valve, Additional safety with Pressure Relief Valve, with Heater and Modulating Humidifier, Crankcase heater. • Unit shall be double skin construction on all four sides • Unit controller should read & display real time values of Superheat, Suction Pressure, Suction Temperature, Discharge Pressure and Discharge temperature of the refrigerant to ensure that health of PAC can be checked without opening the unit. • Visual alarm indication

Job work of Unloading, lifting/ shifting & positioning of Precision AC units at the first floor (Datacenter); Its installation, testing and commissioning. The indoor units will be placed on Raised Access Floor (already installed) and outdoor units will be installed at the ground floor (as per the diagram attached). The job work includes minor electrical work and civil work (including repairing with finishing of all damage to site). All the accessories including Electric cable, MCCBs etc as required for the installation and operation of the system will be supplied by the vendor
