1 Repairing of Air Handling Units installed at various locations of convention centre, Jammu by way of Repairing of 5 HP Motors -04 No’s by dismantling them from them from their installed position and shifting them to workshop for complete Rewinding /Repairs. The job also includes Repair of the blower assembly sheets by aligning them and replacing of 08 No’s of blower bearings and checking/repairs to blower alignment with the motors. The job includes replacement of all the 08 No’s of pulley sets and also replacement of all the V-belts. Complete job includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials & works required for execution of job and also involves cost of technician as and when required throughout the season as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge 1 job Excess(+) Full Conversion INR

2 Complete cleaning/servicing of Air Handling Units installed at various locations of convention centre Jammu,by way of cleaning of pre filters, chemical cleaning of cooling coil, spraying chemical cleaner over the coil surface using jet cleaner pump on both sides of coil for at least 20 minutes and then spraying the coil with fresh water till the foam goes away or till the chemical is washed off and the cleaning process is repeated till the fins and cooling coil are totally cleaned.. Complete job includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials & works required for execution of job and also involves cost of technician as and when required throughout the season as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge. 8 job Excess(+) Full Conversion INR
