Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in above ground floor; exceeding 15 cm thick complete and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.50 cum, in hard and dense soil and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc. 25cm, watering and removal of excavated materials to a distance n. exc. 50m and making good surfaces, complete all as specified & directed.

PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including Pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) and similar work including use and waste of necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 ( nominal mix ) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in louvers and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid) set in cement mortar (1:4), including all mouldings , frame including necessary formwork where required complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 ( nominal mix ) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork where required complete all as specified and directed.

Concrete bed to drain pipe of 200 mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of bed and width of bed shall be provided all as per preamble a (i) & a (ii) on Srl page no 356 of SSR Part-II Rates (2010).

Concrete bed to drain pipe of 300 mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of bed and width of bed shall be provided all as per preamble a (i) & a (ii) on Srl page no 356 of SSR Part-II Rates (2010).

Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid & jointed complete with collars, bore of pipe 300mm, complete all as specified & directed.

Precast cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, coloums, posts, boundry pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling) etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match, complete all as specified.

Brick work with old size fly ash bricks, class 7.5, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (01 cement : 06 coarse sand) all as specified & directed.

Brick work with old size fly ash bricks, class 7.5, as in half brick thick wall ,any radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed with same mortar as the work proceeds complete all as specified and directed.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry brought upto course well bonded bedded and soilidly hearted built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item no 30 above but except stone.

Mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0, complete all as specified.

Rolled mild steel work as in main and cross beams, hips and jack rafter, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors ,fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on other than fair faces of brick wall or on stone masonry surfaces, mixed with water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instructions, trowelled to even and smooth finish without using extra cement complete all as specified. (Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Cleaning of HDPE tank of capacity exceeding 500 liter but not exceeding 1000 Liters by flushing out water cleaning & removing of sludge, scale mud etc from wall & floor of tank by rubbing with brushes, cleaning with caustic soda etc complete & finally washing with fresh water, including writing date of cleaning with white synthetic enamel paint and removing sludge, scale mud etc to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing complete all as directed.

Ball brass valve 15mm dia, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Ball brass valve 20mm dia, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying , fabricating and fixing wall panelling/ clading of aluminum composite panel in marble & wooden/ exclusive any colour any type of approved shades made out of 3mm thick aluminum composite panel material consisting of 2mm thick mineral core sandwiched between two aluminum sheet (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel wall panelling/ cladding sheet sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF lumiflon based fluoropolyer resign coating of approved colour and shade on exposed face and polymer (service) coateding on the face fixed over and including base frame fabricated with aluminium square pipe of size 25mmX 20mm with 1mm wall thikness including stainless steel screws, nuts boilts, washers cleats, weather silicone sealant for groove filling backer, rods etc complete all as per manufacturer instruction & as directed.
