M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates for , in roof Kerbs,rounded or chamfered or haunching in chajjas, benching, filleting,slightly rounding or chamfering on edges, filling undulations / depressions in roof surface, providing concrete platform for tanks wherever required as directed rate also included demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below and above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick screeding / rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete roof surface, using Water Proofing Compound @ 2% by weight of cement, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Water Proofing Treatment on existing cleaned RCC Roof with the following Specifications and Manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) Preparing and cleaning of fully dry surface as per IS:3067-1966. (b) Applying Bitumen Primer conforming to IS-3384-1986 over the Cleaned Plastered Surface @ 0.50 Litre per Sqm.(salitex primer of STP) (c) Applying coat of hot applied bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sq m of surfaces (d) Applying a layer of APP based Polymeric Membrance; 3.0mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.60 Kilogram per Square Metre (reinforced) with Polyster Non Woven Fabric weighing not less than 160 Grams per Square Metre by Torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the Transverse direction and 75mm on Longitudinal direction. (d) Applying one coat of Aluminium Paint @ 0.10 Litre per Sqm over APP based Polymeric Membrane. Note-Rate quoted also include Taking down / removing existing water proofing treatment from RCC roof slab including removal of plaster bed below felt / membrane and disposal of the same to distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100m as and where directed.

Cleaning and Surface Preparation: The cleaning and preparation of the substrate to which the Smart Care Ultron Waterproofing cum Protective Coating system is applied must be carried out thoroughly to leave a sound base for the application. Any laitance present on the surface must be removed mechanically. Grinding the unsound and undulated concrete surface to make it a smooth surface. Surface defects exposed during surface preparation such as shrinkage cracks, minor honey combing, minor damage to joint arises, etc. shall be filled with Smart Care Epoxy Primer mixed with oven dried silica sand. Priming of the Substrate: The surface shall be primed using a two component, anti-carbonation, anti-corrosive fast drying, and high-performance epoxy primer; Smart Care Epoxy Primer at a minimum consumption of 300 gms per sqm to improve their adhesion to existing concrete substrate. The temperature of the substrate shall be min. 3 degrees above the dew point. Brush or Roller Application of UV Resistant Acyclic Polyisocyante Reticulant Waterproofing Membrane: The top sealer for use on exposed areas shall be a pigmented, moisture curing, UV and weather resistant, protective acrylic polyisocyanate reticulant based top sealer, Smart Care Ultron. The coating should be applied at a consumption of a minimum of 2Kgs per sqmts in 3-4 thin coats of no more than 500 gms per sqmts via means of brush, roller, or spray application. The coats with a 50 gsm non oven polyester mesh sandwiched between 2 coats. Note-Rate quoted also include Taking down / removing existing water proofing treatment from RCC roof slab including removal of plaster bed below felt / membrane and disposal of the same to distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100m as and where directed.

Taking down existing damaged water closet alongwith complete PCC and lime concrete from sunken floor and providing new EWC / IWC and water proofing treatment to sunken floor as per following stage :- (i) 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) with WPC at all around and base of sunken floor with proper slope and applying first layer of slurry at the rate of .488 kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementious compound at the rate of .253 kg/sqm this layer allowed to air cured for 4 hours. (ii) Applying second layer of slurry at the rate of .242 kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementious compound at the rate of .126 kg/sqm. this layer allowed to air cured for 4 hours allowed with water curing for 48 hours. (iii) Applying a coat of 85/25 gde hot bitumen @ 0.7Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @0.5Kg/Sqm and then pasteing of polythene film, 200 micron, natural colour with cold cut back adhessive. (iv) Providing cement concrete to fill up the sunken floor (PCC 1:4:8) after testing of water tightness including PVC spout (75mm dia &200mm long). Note : work to be execute by authorised applicator of authorised firm.

Making hole and M&L for fixing the metallic packer for hydrophobic PU foam and Sealer as per manufacturers specification. The PU foam shall have 100% solids and solvent free, and shall expand 30-40 times its volume at liquid stage in presence of water, the PU plain injection shall have minimum 100 CPS viscosity and shore hardness minimum 50 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: PIDILITE or equivalent

Open the fittings like Y, bend, Tee etc from the outlet pipe and filling properly the loose joint between bend and outlet pipe with solvent and fixing properly to ensure leakage free joint and making good complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for water proofing treatment of External walls DFT: 110 microns by applying two coats of elastromeric coating Raincoat, material covering capabity 3 Sqm per litre in 2 Coats without dilution & 1 coat of efflorescent resistant primer 10sqm/litre/coat after cleaning the surface throughly and sealing all cracks with acrylic sealing compound as per the manufacturers specifications and directions of Engr-in-Charge Make :- Raincoat shall be of PlDlLlTE or equivalent.

M&L for tile joint chemical cleaning and re-grouting carefully by washing the existing tile with heavy duty tile cleaner preferbly of M/S Pidilite or equivalent cleaner, again washing with fresh jet water, scratching the joints and filling the same with (white/matching colour) epoxy tile grout of M/s Pidilite, ROFF RTM epoxy or equivalent, or equivalent , curing , cleaning the surface etc, complete all specifed and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning the surfaces of existing RCC Slab with wire brush and M&L for application of one coat of CORE COAT LP (F) minimum 1mm thick (12 to 14Sqm per coat for 1mm thick coat per pack) or equivalent approved in PIDILITE and grouting with a coat of neat cement slurry using 2.70 Kg /Sqm of cement admixed with liquid water proofing admixture and one coat of SBR cement complete all specifed and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :- Core coat shall be of Buildcore Chemical /or equivalent approved product of PIDILITE.

Cleaning the surfaces of existing RCC Slab with wire brush and M&L for application of 2 coats of Fastflex, minimum 1mm thick (1.5Kg/sqm) or equivalent approved in PlDlLlTE and grouting with cement slurry using expansive additive Pidicrete AM, @ 225gm/bag of cement and one coat of SBR latex complete all specifed and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :- PIDILITE or equivalent, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for treating the dampness of wall with Siliconate injection grout (The spacing of holes shall be 2 Nos holes in every 1m) by making 12mm to 15mm holes at an inclination of 455 degrees to the extent of 112 to 3/4 of the wall thickness and inject the diluted chemical liquid (1 :4) (Min 10 Ltrs), in the lowest possible point by using a pressure grouting machine with a pressure of approximately 3 Kg/sqcm' till the point of return of liquid and seal the treated holes with suitable compound and washed thoroughly the treated areas with water complete all specifed and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roof or terrace, cleaning out, and filling solidly with a cement and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) , complete all specifed and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing water proofing plaster at the junction of wall and slab at chajjas, lintels etc, of average thickness 20mm in CM (1:3) with WPC, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specifed and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Rolled mild steel in joist, channel, angle, or tee section fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc (cut to ordinary length ie. within 20mm of the length indicated) of FE-410- W(Gde-E-250) quality-B complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling AC Corrugated Sheets as in Roofing including Ridge or Similar Pattern Roof Coverings, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted colour galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Asbestos Cement Corrugated Semi-Corrugated Sheets 6.0mm thick as in Roof Covering fixed with L–type or J–type Cranked Hook Bolts with Washers, etc. and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing steel tubes of size 15mm bore (medium grade) galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to wall including taking up or down steel tubing of 15 bore and connections, including cleaning removal to store complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing steel tubes of size 20mm bore (medium grade) galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to wall including taking up or down steel tubing of 20mm bore and connections, including cleaning removal to store complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S& F as in repairs PVC(SWR) rain water gutter of A grade of 150mm dia fixed with GI flat or any other suitable arrangment complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling including Cement Mortar Bedding (but not backing), and removing rubbish off the Premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles 450 x 300 mm x 6 to 7mm thick, in skirting /dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm rendering in Cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S &F SRI tiles 300mm x300mm, 9-10mm thick, white colour laid over 15 mm thick bedding in cement mortar (1:4),joints grouted and flush pointed in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Ceramic Paved tiles of size 400 x 400 x 10 to 12 mm thick with grey cement and pigment, set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1: 3:6 type C2 using 20mm graded agg finishing even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protections/path and laid fair in alternate bays n including filler joints with sealing compound grade 'A' where required including demolition of cement concrete complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (Glazed finish )with Grey cement and pigment any shape any size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing post, strut (wood, Steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embbed portion and making good disturbed ground embedded in concrete complete all as specifed and as directed.

Excavating in post holes(or similar holes) each 0.50cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete type C2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded aggregate) in Foundation, Filling and Mass Concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Angle iron as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire including dismantling chain link fencing, any thickness or mesh, fixed with steel fillet and nut bolt. N.exc 4KG per Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Line wire and bolts/nuts shall be measured and paid separetaly under relevant item of BOQ

Supply only chain link fencing any size and type complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 11 to 15 mm dia of neck with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Precast cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 including use and waste of form work and including demolition of old complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Anti Termite Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Anti Termite Treatment along the external wall below concrete ormasonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Anti Termite Treatment for furniture using pesticites as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTES: 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. The rates for RCC/PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork, shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the item. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
