Demolition of PCC(un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Returning and filling in soft/loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc. 250 m but not exc. 500 m spreading and levelling in layers not.exc.25mm thick in floors and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Earth filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.Notes:-(a) Earth will be obtained from outside defence land.(b) Rate will be inclusive of transporting, loading and unloading(c) Use of vegetable soil,turf,peat and black cotton soil is prohibitted for use in filling

M&L Cement concrete type D2,1:4:8(40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded,bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face of granite or trap stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses with maximum depression on face from straight edge 20mm held against the dressed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC Type B0,1:2:4,using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate for bond stone for RR wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Loose filling with Broken stone or boulders of gauge 40 to 80 mm size in pits for revert filler complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply,laying,testing and commissioning LT underground XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor ,1100 volt grade cross sectional area 10 sqmm 02 core size in trenches,on wall,road crossing through protection pipe etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Sand cushioning with locally available sand including filling, spreading, levelling in layers in cable trench for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Cushioning will be measured and paid after punning down only

Supply and laying 50 mm bore galvanised steel tubes with all fittings, light grade laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type 1, flat of size 250 x 150 x 40MM complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old PCC poles including removing of old LED light fittings and cable connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and errect in position pre stressed concrete pole 09 mtr long, 102 mm x 152 mm at top and 102 mm x 289 mm at bottom, class 10 confirming to I, 1678 of 1978 on PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Excavation and earth work and PCC for foundation will be measured and paid separetely.

Supply and fix LED security light fitting 60 watt, 6000 lumen, 5700K with IP 66 & IK 07 protection comprises of a LMS6 high pressure die cast aluminium housing, polycarbonate / Glass cover, peanut LED lenses, potted type electronic driver, etc and all accessories pre-wired including connecting up with PVC insulated copper conductor cable 1.5 Sq mm, 3 core as required for connections and 40 mm bore light grade G I tube mounting bracket of 1.5 metre in length, bend to shape at 140 degree in 'L' shape and fixed to pole by means of 02 nos of 40 x 5 mm flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Havells, Cat No : ENDURAPEARLPLUSSL60WLED757SASYTOPC or equivalent in Phillps/ Crompton.

Supply and fix thermo plastic cable junction box of size 155 x 210 x 92 MM with IP 67 protection and metric knockouts for 10/ 16 Sqmm cable entry with terminals/ bus bar for 4 pole including provision of one MCB, SP, AC, 240 Volt of 06 Amps to 32 Amps capacity "C" curve, 10 KA breaking capacity and making connections by using suitable lugs complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Hensel or equivalent in Sintex.

Felling of tree exc 30 cm girth and not exc 100 cm including cutting of trunk and branches and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of un serviceable material to a distance not exc 50 m and clearing site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and planting of Bermuda grass (by digging method @ 7.50cm apart) over prepared surface with adequately developed root after providing anti termite treatment including preparation of surfaces,earth work excavation,removing suplus soil,filling of approved earth suitable for grassing 20cm thick after mixing of fertilizer/organic manure and regular maint of developed grass for one year complete all as specified and directed.
