M & L for preparing old decorated surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters etc by bromming down or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smokes soot, moulds, moss and efflorscent salt and treating oil and greasy spot and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old decorated surfaces of ceiling including cornices, pilasters etc by bromming down or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smokes soot, moulds, moss and efflorscent salt and treating oil and greasy spot and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of oil bound washable distemper to old decorated plastered (distempered) surfaces of wall including preparation of surface (by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke, soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Note :- (i) Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface by complete removal of existing treatment, washing, rubbing, stopping etc and applying two coats of oil bound washable distemper over a coat of primer including applying one or more coat of wall care putty to a smooth surface including making good any undulations on the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS (ii) Sanding of surfaces shall be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by the Paint manufacturer)

M & L for Preparation of old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old exterior emulsion painted surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down stopping of painted surfaces and applying one coat of weather proof 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre, having dart pick up resistant, silicon enhanced, UV resistant and PU enhanced property including necessary scaffolding up to 04 storey height, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Painting work shall be carried out according to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS

All as per item no 07 but portion of building from five to eight storeys height

All as per item no 07 but portion of building from nine to tenth storeys height

M & L for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.
