Renovation/Repairs to fascia, Chajja and wall cracks including plaster of damaged portions of Type-III Multistoried Residential Buildings (No.-CL-01 to CL-120) and at Quarter No including Public Utility Buildings at Palta Park Estate of MSF,Ishapore

Dismantling of reinforced cement concrete in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work.

Removing of building materials/debris to a distance of 1000 m or part thereof , beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the earmarked place as directed by E-I-C.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams,columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 50mm average thickness.

Cleaning of reinforcement bars upto 12mm diameter from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint rush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect. SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer.

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. 50 mm average thickness in 3 layers.

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make @ minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) modified plain/reinforced cement concrete for structural members having minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] with specified average thickness. 50 mm thick in Grade M 25 with cement content not less than 330 kg per cum.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns in square, rectangular shape with rough finished surfaces of concrete. At any height and as per site requirement. All complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Brickwork with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in : Cement mortar 1:4.

Brick Work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in Cement morter 1:4,complete in all respect.

Plastering with average 12mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement Morter 1:6. Rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement).

ANTI-TERMITE TREATMENT: (a) Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron.

ANTI-TERMITE TREATMENT:(b) Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Construction Anti-Termite treatment of soil under existing floors, using chemical using @ 1 litres per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 ( 1 cement:2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors.

ANTI-TERMITE TREATMENT: (c) At points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/holes by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 250mm centre to centre and sealing the same.

Supplying, fitting & fixing 110mm dia PVC SWR pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls.

Supplying, fitting & fixing 110mm dia PVC SWR BEND, any radius.(M&L)

White Wash: Applying of Two coat of white wash after preparation of old surface by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots.

Supply & applying of two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat alkali resistant priming paint after preparation of old surface by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots. Make: Asian, Berger, ICI.

Dado Paint: Painting with one coat Synthetic Enamel paint in any Plastered surface over 10cm in width or girth after preparation of old surface by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots. Make: Asian, Berger, ICI.

Materials & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm after preparation of outside wall surface by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces. Make: Asian (Apex Ultima), Berger (Weather proof), ICI (Weather Shield max).

Painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint in any wooden old painted surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth after all necessary preparatory work required for the wood surfaces including knotting and stopping. Make: Asian, Berger, ICI.

Painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint in old painted steel & iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described, including all necessary preparatory work required for the steel surfaces. Make: Asian, Berger, ICI.
