Renovation/Repairs to fascia, Chajja and wall cracks including plaster of damaged portions of Type-III Multistoried Residential Buildings (No.-CL-01 to CL-120) and at Quarter No including Public Utility Buildings at Palta Park Estate of MSF,Ishapore

Dismantling of reinforced cement concrete in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work.

Removing of building materials/debris to a distance of 1000 m or part thereof , beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the earmarked place as directed by E-I-C.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams,columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 50mm average thickness.

Cleaning of reinforcement bars upto 12mm diameter from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint rush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect. SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer.

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. 50 mm average thickness in 3 layers.

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make @ minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) modified plain/reinforced cement concrete for structural members having minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] with specified average thickness. 50 mm thick in Grade M 25 with cement content not less than 330 kg per cum.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns in square, rectangular shape with rough finished surfaces of concrete. At any height and as per site requirement. All complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Brickwork with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in : Cement mortar 1:4.
