Supplying , installation, testing and commissioning of 12 KV, 630 Amps having short circuit capacity 21kA/3-sec, Outdoor (IP54), RMU (Ring main unit) 3-way comprising of 01 Nos incomer ,mannual operated Load Break Switch and 02 Nos Outgoing, 630 Amp Fixed-Type mannual charging VCB electrolytic grade copper busbars all inside single, gas-filled, robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite Non Megnetic Grade) tank with min. thickness 2.5 +0.5 mm, IP 67 Degree of Protection , internal-arc classified 21kA/1sec for cable box and tank both, on-site-repairable with site replacable bushing/coupling/mechanism, gas refilling etc. The enclosure shall have padlockable double-door access with anti-theft higes, fully covering the front facia and cable boxes to ensure fail-safe anti-theft protection. The unit shall include the following along with all necessary accessories and fittings as required at site Note :- RMU should be placed PCC 1:4:8 type C1 of 1 cubic meter using 40mm crushed stone foundation as per the approved drawing by GE

(iii) Cost of construction of foundation including construction material, necessary earth work and excavaton as per manufacturer design for RMU complete all as required at site and as directed by Engr-in-charge are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of transformer 400 KVA, 11/0.433 KV, 3 phase 50 Hz, Dyn11, out door ONAN type, copper wound, oil immersed naturally cooled, step down transformer with OFF circuit tap charging arrangement on HV side in steps of +5% to -10% in step of 2.5% each and having cable end box on HV & LV side. The cable box at LV/HV side shall be suitable to house for proper size and capacity of out going aluminium cable and to be provided with gland and gland plate. Sand cushioning and covering of UG cable using crushed metal sand in trenches for cable protection all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard /loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Cutting existing road/hardstand of any type by using crow bar chisel uprto a depthof 30 cm for laying GI pipe including making good the surface by returning filling watering ramming in layers 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 over 200 mm thick hard core of broken bricks/stones over returning filling watering ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for GI tubing medium grade (ISI marked) with all fitting/acessories for protection of cable on pole/wall and under road crossing including clamps, nut bolt etc all as specified and directed of size 40mm dia
