RFP for selection of DSC provider for Khajane 2 project

Submission of Covering letter as required in the given format (Refer Appendix-1)

Furnishing of the Power of Attorney Power of Attorney executed by the bidder in favour of the Principal Officer or duly Authorized Representative, certifying him/her as an authorized signatory for the purpose of this Tender.

The bidder should be a company registered under the Companies Act Copy of Certificate of Incorporation should be provided.

Bidder should hold valid GST certificate and Permanent Account Number (PAN) Copy of Valid GST certificate and Permanent Account Number (PAN) should be provided.

The bidder should have an annual turnover of atleast 7.5 Crores, in the business of selling Crypto USB Tokens & DSC, each year in last 3 years i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 Certified copy from Charted Accountant shall be provided as per the format given in Appendix-2

The bidder should be authorized partner of OEM for the USB cryptographic token proposed as part of this tender MAF from OEM should be submitted as per the format given in Appendix-10

The bidder should be authorized partner of CA for DSC proposed, as part of this tender MAF from CA should be submitted as per the format given in Appendix-11

The bidder shall not be under declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices or deficiencies of services or blacklisted with any of the Government agencies at the time of bidding A declaration signed by Authorized signatory shall be provided as per the format given in Appendix-4.

Submission of Declaration of Acceptance of Terms & Conditions to RFP in the given format A declaration signed by Authorized signatory shall be provided as per the format given in Appendix-5

Submission of Undertaking on litigation(s) in the given format A declaration signed by Authorized signatory shall be provided as per the format given in Appendix-6

The bidder should have supplied 38,000 numbers of Crypto USB Tokens along with DSC in India to any Government/ PSU/ Bank in last three years. Copies of relevant Work Orders/ Purchase Order to be provided.

Submission of Undertaking on restriction on public procurement from bidders of certain countries, in the given format. A declaration signed by Authorized signatory shall be provided as per the format given in Appendix-12

Product quoted (Token) should not be declared end of support for a period of 3 years from the date of closure of this tender. Certificate from OEM on End of support of the product proposed as per the format given in Appendix-9.

OEM of USB Cryptographic tokens proposed for this tender, should have valid ISO 9001-2015 certificate. Copy of valid ISO 9001-2015 certificate to be submitted

DSC proposed by the bidder should be from any of the agency licensed by Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA) Copy of the License issued by the Controller of Certifying Authorities (cca.gov.in) to the agency (whose DSC has been proposed for this tender) and having validity of 2 years# from the date of closure of this tender.
