SUPPLY OF DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL CONVEYOR SYSTEM Design, Manufacturing and Supply of following equipments for Departure and Arrival conveyor system as per Technical Specifications and conveyor layout drawings, including supply of required length of power and control cables from control panel to various drive units including all item/accessories and steel structure as per site requirement complete in all respect for successful commissioning of following system :

Check-in conveyor system in two sections comprising of Weighing & Labeling and Dispatch conveyor of minimum length1200mm with minimum useful width of 650mm between side walls along with drive unit for each conveyor section with display range 0- 200 Kg with accuracy of + 0.05% and two displays (Each for Passenger and Airlines staff) including load sensor and toppling devices etc. One set comprises of 01 no. weighing & labeling conveyor, 01 no. dispatch conveyor and 02 nos. weighing display etc., complete as required as per technical specifications. Note - Check-in conveyors should be withdrawal type with Drum motors.

Take away/Collector conveyor with inner useful belt width of minimum 1000mm between side walls along with drive unit for collecting baggage from dispatch conveyor side walls etc., complete as required as per technical specifications.

Transport Conveyor (Straight/declined/inclined/induction/T-Junction conveyor, etc.) along with drive unit for each section to match with x-ray machine level with minimum width of 1000mm between side walls etc., complete as required as per technical specifications.

Queuing / Metering Conveyor with minimum 1500 mm length and minimum nominal width of 1000mm between side walls along with drive units etc., complete as required as per technical specifications.

Over Height Limiter made up of stainless steel with photo sensor to detect the over height of baggage including proper support arrangement and fault reset button etc., complete as required as per technical specifications.

Draught Curtains in the openings wherever the conveyor pass through the walls, consisting of flexible overlapping slats of black belt strips as per site requirement etc., complete as required as per technical specifications.

Motorized Security Shutter as per site requirement in the wall opening (wall between passenger and non-passenger area) including limit switches, wiring and integration with control panel etc. for arrival and departure etc., complete as required as per technical specifications.

Gravity Roller Table constructed from heavy duty mild steel box section formed from 50 mm diameter heavy-duty rollers at an appropriate pitch to suit the intended duty made out of utility grade stainless steel including support etc., complete as required as per technical specifications.

Heavy duty race track slat type flat arrival baggage re-claim carousels of 45 mtrs length with minimum useful width 1000mm between side walls, having black color slats made of antistatic, flame retardantmolded rubber/PVC/ABS material of minimum 5mm thickness, slope angle as given in technical specification and drawing, speed of 24-30 meters /min etc., complete as required as per technical specifications.

PLC based control panel for Departure System incorporating switch gears, protection devices, starters with all sensors and other components suitable for operation & safety of complete departure conveyor system including check-in conveyor i/c supply of all associated materials like power, control cables etc along with UPS.(Divided in minimum zones as mentioned in Technical Specifications) etc., complete as required as per technical specifications.

PLC based control panel for Arrival System incorporating switch gears, protection devices, starters with all sensors and other components suitable for operation & safety of complete arrival conveyor system i/c supply of all associated materials like power, control cables etc along with UPS.(Divided in minimum zones as mentioned in Technical Specifications) etc., complete as required as per technical specifications.

INSTALLATION, TESTING & COMMISSIONING (ITC) OF BAGGAGE CONVEYOR SYSTEM Installation, Testing and Commissioning (ITC) of following items for Departure & Arrival Conveyor System including minor civil works such as grouting of structures and making good the same including ITC of control panel along with necessary outgoing cables/wire, earthing for drive unit motor, limit switches, Emergency stop push buttons, indications, annunciation, IT network and control cables, power cabling etc. complete as required as per Technical specifications.

Operation of the Departure & Arrival Baggage Handling System as provided in this scope including all electrical / mechanical, safety, control as per special conditions, technical specifications immediately after the commissioning & handing over of the system(The Minimum manpower shall be deployed is 01 No. Highly skilled & 07 Nos. Skilled person for 02 shift operation, 3 persons per shift).

(AICMC during DLP is covered in the SITC of conveyors installed in this scope. Bidder shall quote accordingly).
